Disappointing customer service
It is very hard to get anyone to return calls. To order merchandise, we had to make multiple calls to the company just to be able to speak to someone. One salesperson called back and just directed us to the COMDA website which doesn't have the preferred pricing we were looking for. As a long time customer, it is very frustrating and we are now looking at other suppliers for our needs.

I ordered a 2027 "Remember When" wall calendar. This is a beautiful calendar, on glossy paper, with many beautiful drawings, most of them very appropriate for the month in which they appear. For example, an ocean beach in June, Halloween pumpkins in October, and a decorated Christmas tree in December. I don't know how anyone could NOT be pleased with this calendar. Thanks, COMDA!!!

I have ordered their pens for many years with no problem until now.
I have ordered their pens for many years. I tried getting hold of a person so I could make sure it got here in time for an event. I left my phone # on their machine but never got a call back. Tried again. When I finally got someone, I told them who my rep. was for years. He never did call me back. Called again, they gave me another phone # than the one online. I got a nice lady that finally took my order & put a rush on it. I did receive it on time. Thankyou.
