Difficult to rate
I placed the order by phone and whilst I was told that it would be on 4 week delivery, and it is now over 4 weeks later, there's been no communication during all that time EXCEPT for requests to rate them on Trustpilot.
It's rather difficult to rate unfinished transactions. Perhaps the requests shouldn't be sent out automatically

Unfortunately this was down to an administration error that I take full responsibility for. I missed an email from the manufacturer confirming delivery availability that was sent on Thursday February 16th.

Fast efficient and courteous service
We purchased two column radiators which arrived well within the expected time. After realising I had ordered the wrong size for one of them, they arranged collection and dispatched my new order to arrive within a couple of days. Quality of radiators seems good, although we haven't yet put them to the test to warm up our new room.

Elegant, solid and effective
The radiators arrived well packed and in perfect nick. Their quality impressed the installer. They are now pumping out plenty of heat, with capacity to spare. What's not to like?

A well designed vertical radiator with a good paint finish (White).
Pity the fixing instructions (a graphic paper strip) are a bit simplistic.
Could do with some written text.
Even our installer was flummoxed as to how the supporting clips worked.
No problems with the radiator supplier. Website was simple and easy to use and delivery was on the correct day and time....

Good products and Service
Easy to order. Delivery in two parcels confused me and meant waiting in all day for a small box of fittings! Otherwise lovely looking radiators and excellent help on phone when my plumber decided we needed some feet.
