I’ve put 2 orders in through these guys as the product range looked so good. The first I cancelled as it was 5 days late and no-one could tell me when it would be delivered. The second arrived this week on the correct date, however the delivery driver threw the box on the ground at my door, smashing half the eggs. I had to chase after him to say I also had a fruit and veg box. The fruit and veg box had clearly been frozen and everything was brown. Super disappointing.. only worth it if you are ordering frozen stuff and have no particular date you need the products!

Update - Colab contacted me and addressed my issues, they are apparently changing delivery partners also. Appreciate their communication.

Website is very easy to navigate and user friendly with a large variety of products to choose from.
My order arrived well packaged and everything was delicious!
Extremely happy with my first order and will definitely be ordering again.

Several products arrived damaged. Customer service was mediocre. Probably wouldn't order from them again.

Although there was misinformation on the site about the date of delivery, communication was great and got parcel the next day.

I have ordered a number of meals, some at a reduced cost due to short expiry.
I have tried a couple of meals so far and feel that there is a quality lacking.
One pasta meal in particular lacked any flavour at all, it felt like it was just plain pasta with some herbs on top. The chocolate fondant was overcooked after following your instructions. I would be more unhappy if I paid full price for the items.

Organising a beautiful gift of delectable treats for a friend was made easy by CoLab. Not only because there were so many delicious things to choose from but because CoLab communicated clearly, delivered when they said they would and importantly, my dear friend felt like Christmas had come in when she began opening the boxes of goodies.

The quality of the food is definitely restaurant quality - just absolutely delicious! It is so nice to finally be able to get frozen meals that are full restaurant meals, and packed in a way that is really easy for me to reheat. I feel like I may never have to cook again!

I ordered the sample packs and really great to not have to figure out what I want to eat. Some things do freeze better than others but overall super happy with my order and experience! We're not great platers at home anyway, and the taste was 100% there :-)

Great delivery as well, arrived promptly and I could coordinate with the driver, which was important for me as I live in a secure apartment block. So happy that I do not need to go to the post office to pick up a parcel :-)

Definitely becoming a regular and looking forward to seeing you guys grow your menu!! Yum yum yum!

I ordered 2 x crispy chilli oil and 1 pack of hot sauces which included another crispy chilli oil.
I only received sauces and two crispy chilli oils.
The 3rd jar was left out.. Was Extremely disappointed. However this has now been rectified and am extremely happy with the service

Great products, but some I ordered were then not available. If they are listed on your website, I expect them to be available.

The co-lab pantry person or contractor who delivered my package left in on the street OUTSIDE our apartment building. I wasn’t home. Fortunately it wasn’t stolen - but that is sheer luck as i am concerned. But this was a lazy and stupid thing to do. Everyone knows you NEVER leave a parcel on the street. I will never order from you people again.
