Super great service. Restaurant food at home. The kids love it so it makes it easy for me as they’re doing their own meals. All in all highly recommend.

Excellent service. Really like that they source local produce. It has been a great discovery for sending presents to family living in Melbourne! So easy to use website and a great range of products.

The delivery took more than a month to send to Sydney

Didn’t get the items I ordered and several that did arrive were damaged. Woman I spoke to was friendly and said they’d issue a refund and replace some items but they refunded less than the damaged amount. when I emailed them a couple times to understand the refund amount, they didn’t respond at all. If someone explains it then I am happy to leave it at that but the lack of communication is concerning

Amazing produce and service! Highly recommend

We received a voucher as a Christmas present. Ordering and delivery process was flawless. Lots of great products and producers, in particular Peter Boucher butchers, their meat products We ordered were affordable and great quality. Look forward to seeing more products from regional areas and delivery to these areas as well. A great gift idea.

Horrible horrible experience. I do not trust earlier reviews. I ordered two pizzas and they have not arrived at all with no explanation!! The eggs I ordered are all cracked!!! The ice pack on top had melted, weighing the eggs down and soaking the boxes. I have spent a lot of money and invested time shopping on this site for a particular event. No caller information is available for the company and I’ve been in touch across multiple platforms with no response. I take issues like this very seriously and will be reporting them to the ACCC

Hi there, my Xmas order has unfortunately not arrived yet. It said that it was delivered yesterday at 1pm but that is not correct. Can you please private message me asap so that I can speak to someone? Thanks in advance. Rosh

First tried Colab pantry in 2020 and received incorrect items. I received smaller size cocktail drinks than what I had purchased and the wine received was not the year as advertised online. I did contact the team and was refunded these items but would of preferred to have received the correct items as I had to go out and purchase new gifts last minute.

I decided to give them another go this year and had another disappointing experience. Firstly the order was not delivered the next day (Friday) as promised. I contacted the team and was told they would personally deliver the following day (Saturday) which I appreciated, however the order was not delivered despite waiting at home all day. I received the order on Monday and it was missing a bottle of wine.I contacted the team again and this error was corrected however alot of back and forth required and simply unreliable both times I have ordered from here.

Will not be ordering from here again.

Love the selection/variety of brands that you have available. Really interesting products and great as gifts. Cant wait to try them!

Only constructive feedback would be better packaging would be great. I had one jar with a dent which meant I had pickled cabbage leaked over some of the other contents as well as a spoiled jar. The only packaging used was thin cardboard paper and a small piece of bubble wrap which wasnt held in place.

That being said I've already recommended the online shop to a bunch of people :)

Overall rather underwhelming experience with delivery and customer service. Days late and still messy getting it sorted. Would be a good idea for them to implement a contact number. They are a small team and working on it, but needs to be a priority. It wasn’t possible to stay within 3-4 days of the expected date, annoying especially for birthday gifting purchases. The product was apparently lovely and wine really nice. Just need to work on the confusing delivery. They were trying I’ll give them that.

Overall, great range of products!

Deliver fees is very expensive.
Delivery experience was very disappointing when simple requests were not followed.
Some products were much more than when I buy from the actual shop!

Great selection of gourmet food and gifts!!!
