Dragos was a coach and mentor for me while looking for a Software Engineering position to follow up my coding bootcamp completion in March 2020. He was key in keeping my spirits and motivation high, and making sure I stayed on target and focused on things that would actually help in securing a job. His down-to-earth, straight to the point attitude made me feel like any conversation with him, no matter how long or short, was conductive towards my goal.
