I came to Dragos when I set out to find a new job as a medior Data Engineer. Both Dragos and Bogdan helped me with improving my personal branding and helped scale up my skills in algorithms and what to look out for when interviewing. Most importantly, they helped build a lot of confidence in myself as a developer and feel comfortable going from a junior to medior position. I highly recommend their services to any developer who might need help in taking their game to the next level.

I always had an dream to build a career in IT as Senior / Lead Developer. To fulfill my dreams I searched for someone who already did it and could lead myself to great success in my career path.

Dragos helped me to strengthen my technical skills on certain levels after validating what direction I want to grow in. Together we made a clear path where to focus on. During those times I contacted Dragos many times, don't ask me how.. But he did always found the time to react fast on my questions.

During those times I worked with Dragos & Bogdan I have been progressing a lot which leaded me to grow in my job. The company I worked for saw that my skillset was growing rapidly under Dragos his mentorship. Therefore they promoted me in 1 year from junior to senior.

Without the help of Dragos and Bogdan, I am sure I would have never reached this. I see them as the light beam in the dark which leads you out of the forest.

Dragos and Bogdan are excellent mentors. They will find your weak spots, show you the path to improve them and support along the way. I am in the middle of the programme and feel much more confident as a devloper. Their industry insights and tips are also very valuable.

I started the program and am really happy to say that through the elite calls and through the 1:1 sessions with Bogdan my technical knowledge has advanced a great deal... without the pain of having to go through tutorials. Furthermore, Bogdan and Dragos are super flexible and accommodated the program to my needs. They were super receptive with feedback and implemented the suggestions I had.

The sessions both in groups and individual are well structured, efficient and relevant to the job market. I made a career change into SW development after 10 years as a teacher so I can spot easily someone who’s unprepared or uncertain about a topic. That is simply not the case here.
Also, Bogdan and Dragos are good at aiming at what’s important based on where you at. Basically, if you know enough they challenge you and if you don’t, they spot your gaps and fill them up so you are good to go:-)

I was initially not sure if I should work with CWD and if I would get the results I was looking for or learn anything new. I was expecting some encouragement and a couple of pats on the back but Bogdan and Dragos had a full strategy to help me identify my strengths, formulate a plan to prepare for an internal interview in my work place in the most efficient way possible. I'm happy to say I got the role and would not hesitate to work with CWD again. I went from Software Developer to Team Lead and also learned some incredible techniques along the way which I am sure will help me in the future.

Hi! :) I joined the program a couple of weeks ago because I was looking for mentoring and support in my technical skills. In CodeWithDragos I found both.
From the beginning was a smooth process and I received a program that fit my goals. I am having 1:1 weekly technical sessions where I am finally understanding what happens under the hood of the different parts of the software life cycle process. Furthermore, the weekly group coding sessions are a great way to simulate a real teamwork experience to discuss and learn technical topics that are important when developing software.
