Clubhouse Sports Media have been a fantastic asset to our club and what they have done for us with the course flyover and clubhouse video has been an amazing extra for our members and visitors to experience! thank you once again!

Really integrated with us to make sure the advert was what we wanted. When we didn’t know what we wanted they jumped in and sorted it all for us.

Clubhouse Sports Media have been a pleasure to work with, and the drone footage they produced — including a superb course flyover — has been nothing short of fantastic. Since showcasing their work, we’ve seen a noticeable rise in corporate golf enquiries, bringing real benefits to both the club and our hospitality offering. Highly recommended.

Do NOT sign up with Clubhouse Sports Media Ltd – worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

We are a small family-run business and were sold a sponsorship package at Selsey Golf Club that promised advertising, exposure, and benefits for our clients. Unfortunately, almost none of what we paid for was ever delivered.

We were promised a 30-second marketing video displayed on three monitors at the golf club. Every time we visited, the monitors were switched off. After nearly two years of complaining, they were finally turned on but our advert still hadn’t even been uploaded.

We were also promised golf lessons with the club’s professional, but he refused to provide them, saying he wasn’t being paid by Clubhouse Sports Media.

The main reason we signed up was to offer our clients free golf as part of the sponsorship. However, when we booked them in, they were asked to pay and the club claimed they didn’t even know who we were. This was incredibly embarrassing and made our business look unprofessional in front of our own customers.

We raised these issues repeatedly over two years and were extremely patient, but Clubhouse Sports Media continuously stalled, ignored us, and failed to resolve anything.

This has had a negative financial impact on our company, wasted our time, and damaged our reputation. I’ve now had to begin legal action to recover our money and claim for loss of earnings.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Easy process to help market our company

Sends constant spam emails trying to recruit me to 'sponsor' a local golf course. I have NEVER signed up for this - they clearly feel that GDPR rules are not for them. I will be reporting them to the ICO.

I'd have liked to have seen a preview/mock up of the advert in situ on the website in hindsight but that is a minor point.

Set up and package all very easy and access and understand. Great communication throughout the set-up process. Golf package easy to access so far. Early days but hopefully will benefit both us and Borringdon golf course.

Yet more golf PR spam.

This is Wholein1Golf / Pinnacle Golf all over again. And they're using poor old Wirral Golf as a potential client. Never signed up, never contacted them and my work email address does not appear on our website so I have no idea how they've got my email.

Great and efficient customer service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

Despite our requests via email and LinkedIn, the spammers refuse to stop.

Spam, blasting every possible email address across multiple domains. Originating domain is clubhouse-sportsmedia.com, slightly different than their website domain (clubhousesportsmedia.com) attempting to spam out while not harming the reputation of their main domain. DKIM signature shows they are using Spotler to send out their spam, I'll be leaving them a negative review too.

Complete spammers. Their unsubscribe option does not work, and they continue to send weekly unsolicited emails. Avoid at all costs and dont forget to report them the ICO if they do not remove your email

Really impressed with Clubhouse Sports Media. Our recent golf booking was handled professionally, with clear communication and no hassle at all. Everything was organised efficiently, timings were spot on, and the whole experience felt very smooth. Great service and happy to recommend them.

So i agreed with Clubhouse Sports Media Ltd to a sponsorship which was to see my company advertising in 2 golf courses I will not name the golf courses as this does not relate to them this is all to do with Clubhouse! My sponsorship was meant to be split into manageable payments as im a sole trader so one lump sum was not feasible for me these payments was meant to start at the end of September till January so what happens i received a invoice in August so I emailed the contact i had a Clubhouse Sports Media and he said dont worry ignore it i will sort it out i have these emails as proof too if this goes to court!! Any on with the stroy. So i carry on as normally then early September i received another invoice so now I have 2 invoices before the agreement date which I couldn't pay so again I contact my contract with Clubhouse Sports Media and from then till today ive still not had any response from anyone one emails saying my invoices are overdue and to top it off today I get a email from a dept recovery firm working on behalf of Clubhouse Sports Media saying I now have charges on the payments when I sent a email to cancel the contract because of the lack of communication from there staff so they obviously just get people signed up then dont bother with them after im still yet to see what my sponsorship was meant to have been and have basically been scammed by this company. Luckily for me I have emails ive sent and the few emails back to be able to deal with this in court if it goes that far but I am now refusing to pay a penny due to misleading sales for products I dont even have if they even bother to read there reviews someone might finally contact me about this sponsorship BUT TO ANYONE ELSE AVOID WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOUR SCAMMED TOO!!!!
