Really impressed with Clubhouse Sports Media. Our recent golf booking was handled professionally, with clear communication and no hassle at all. Everything was organised efficiently, timings were spot on, and the whole experience felt very smooth. Great service and happy to recommend them.

Spam emails every week. FFS!

So i agreed with Clubhouse Sports Media Ltd to a sponsorship which was to see my company advertising in 2 golf courses I will not name the golf courses as this does not relate to them this is all to do with Clubhouse! My sponsorship was meant to be split into manageable payments as im a sole trader so one lump sum was not feasible for me these payments was meant to start at the end of September till January so what happens i received a invoice in August so I emailed the contact i had a Clubhouse Sports Media and he said dont worry ignore it i will sort it out i have these emails as proof too if this goes to court!! Any on with the stroy. So i carry on as normally then early September i received another invoice so now I have 2 invoices before the agreement date which I couldn't pay so again I contact my contract with Clubhouse Sports Media and from then till today ive still not had any response from anyone one emails saying my invoices are overdue and to top it off today I get a email from a dept recovery firm working on behalf of Clubhouse Sports Media saying I now have charges on the payments when I sent a email to cancel the contract because of the lack of communication from there staff so they obviously just get people signed up then dont bother with them after im still yet to see what my sponsorship was meant to have been and have basically been scammed by this company. Luckily for me I have emails ive sent and the few emails back to be able to deal with this in court if it goes that far but I am now refusing to pay a penny due to misleading sales for products I dont even have if they even bother to read there reviews someone might finally contact me about this sponsorship BUT TO ANYONE ELSE AVOID WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOUR SCAMMED TOO!!!!

We joined up with Clubhouse Sports Media to promote our Golf Course and Club facilities, which is achieved mainly through the TV in our reception area. Thank you to sponsors which have grown since we started our relationship earlier this year. The Hole Flyovers are really good, which are reproduced on our website and we have had numerous positive comments about those and the ' Chapel Golf Club Welcomes' screens. I'm a new client to Clubhouse Sports Media, but so far, every interaction has been positive. Each person I've spoken to/worked with (Billy & Dwight so far) has been so polite, helpful & responsive. It gives me confidence that I've made the right decision to work with this team. Also, the artwork they created for my advert was very quick & very (very!) good - exactly what I wanted!

Relentless spam emails. I’ve emailed them twice to unsubscribe, and have called them twice and told them I have no interest in their services. They’ve found every email address connected to our company and send us an email every single day. It’s just lazy - sending out the same email to people every day

Simply don't adhere to GDPR - numerous requests for removal of our data due to daily spam received. Incredibly frustrating and a show of their business ethics when the opening line of the 'marketing' (unsolicited nonsense) is a pure fabriaction.

This is a company who spend their days spamming others to try and get business for their clients, if there clients only knew what they were doing they would not use them. Sedelscombe Golf Club take note!
These are small time low budget so called marketing company who love spamming other companies.

Just started with the media group, for a local club.
very good communication at this time with the team, they helped me sort the images out that is which were incorrect. chasing me when I forget to reply re the ads which is great as I am terrible with remembering things.

will be visiting the club on and off to use my benefits so will be nice to see the adverts up and will update if any changes.

Responsive and did what they said they would do.

Incessant spammers. We get constant spam from this outfit from various domains; all unsolicited. Venues thinking of partnering with Clubhouse Sports Media should think hard about their reputation.

People going on their golf day should incessantly try and flog them whatever they're selling.

Brilliant service from start to finish by all of the team, from initial sales with Ben, Jacob was great and my video advert was loaded at the precise time end of the month as stated. Booking rounds of golf has been smooth with Jacob definitely a big credit to the business.. Keep that great service guys you`re all fantastic!!

Very pleased with the product provided by Clubhouse Sports Media. The course drone footage & site map they provided is high quality and very user friendly.
Sam & Brad at CSM have been a pleasure to deal with, making the setup process very easy.

From the point of making contact we were given the information we needed and received all communication well. We were taken through the steps via email and I also received telephone calls from the Account Manager to ensure we had everything we needed. Once booked we received an email confirming our clients ad was now up and running. Very smooth process.

Started off with excellent marketing package offer. Later enhanced just that bit extra to make it a no brainier. Hand held our marketing presentation for the club, respectful nudging so very happy with them and the service offering
