The quoting stage- the gentleman was polite and removed his shoes without me needing to ask. I followed up the quote a few weeks later. I placed the order on the Friday evening and the appointment was set for the next Tuesday- really fast.
The fitter arrived as per the timeframe given, and again removed his shoes without asking. I was impressed with the new window- The clear view restored and the process was super quick, very little disturbance and no mess.
The fitter also explained how the guarantee worked and advised that it was best to follow the instructions for obtaining it electronically, as soon as the email was received. I did this exactly, and this process was also swift and easy.

Exceptional service, we had a fully blown window and not only were they quick to come out, they were quick to replace the glass and at such a reasonable price. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Originally we ordered 6 replacement panes of glass but after Sean and Jack fitted them we decided to have a further 6 and an inside conservatory roof to insulate the existing external roof. Both were professional, friendly and efficient in all they did and we are so pleased with the results. They arrived as arranged on time, worked hard and very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them and this company.
