The fitters arrived on time and the fit was complete within the time frame quoted by the surveyor - a great job, professionally executed (and no mess!).

Initial telephone enquiry handled very professionally. Quick response to request for quote and the technician clearly knew his stuff and the parts required.

The young man who installed the two panes into two windows was an excellent worker. He must be very strong for the window was awkward but caused him no problems.
The office was exceptional too as I had an unexpected problem and they worked with me to resolve.

Seamless procedure. Initial contact by email, instant automated acknowledgement from Cloudy to Clear explaining the procedure. Local rep contacted me less than 48hrs later to arrange a visit to see and measure windows. That took place 4 days later and having accepted the quote he telephoned the office and a fitting date was booked there and then for just over 2 weeks further on.

The fitters arrived as expected, took around an hour to fit the new windows. Perfect service, a 25 year warranty on the replacement windows.
