I can not recommend this company enough. The team (Beth Sean and Jack ) conducted themselves in such a friendly and professional manner. They took time to explain the functions of the new hinges which has brought such a quality of life. Worth every penny.

To now open the window (locking mechanism replaced) requires using both hands and the same when closing. The window frame required modifying which was basically hacked with a multi tool leaving the debris behind for me to clean up afterwards. I'm not one to normally complain, but feel it is justified this time, sorry.

Excellent service from start to finish. The visit to assess the window was carried out at the time/date promised and the new window also fitted on the promised day/time. Good value for money, nobody would even guess sthe window unit had been replaced. Will use again should the need araise.

The replacement windows are fine. There was a glitch over two minor jobs Jason had proposed - he said a locked window without a key could have the handle replaced, but the fitter said he couldn't do it. Then on a door Jason had said a loose gasket could be glued back, and the fitter said this was impractical, so just cut it off. Your accounts team have refunded our over-payment without any fuss.

The two installers turned up first thing, got straight on the job of replacing 3 blown windows.

They were clearly very experienced and completed the job in no time and didn’t break a sweat at all, with no disruption.

Estimate of cost is clear, staff attending the property were all prompt.
Fitting technicians respectful of flooring, taking shoes off. Providing explanation for the "blowing" of sealed units.
Reminder red 25 year guarantee needs to be given clearly, particularly the deadline of 30 days from receipt of invoice with link attached.

From the initial enquiry to the assessment of the work needed, the service was prompt. I needed several things doing and it turned out much cheaper than I thought it was going to be so agreed for the work to be done.
On the day of the work, the guys turned up well within the allotted time and carried out the work very quickly.
I was really impressed with the quality of products used which replaced my worn out hinges and door handles.
They also replaced a blown window, which was cheaper than getting the whole unit replaced.
I would definitely recommend Cloudy 2 Clear and I would definitely use them again.
