Driver very friendly he carried out heavy boxs and about 7 or bags. Thank you. Hope it all helps charity.

There were 5 heavy bags and 1 lighter bag. The gentleman who came was very god at removing all the bags. He was polite and very pleasant.

I would highly recommend this service I had 13 bags of mostly new clothes to donate which were stored in my bath I went on line filled a quick questionnaire in and they were picked up within days I was at work when they were picked up I just had to put them outside excellent service and I now have my bath back win win

Really great - I could pick a day to suit me, they send helpful reminder emails so that I was prepared and then picked up smoothly on the day. I didn't even have to leave the house and charities get supported, really pleased.

So easy to use the website ,And a great way to give to charity, Plus a better way to recycle clothing or any bits and bobs you no longer need that someone else could make use of ,Friendly delivery driver and they collect donations from your doorstep, How great is that 😀

I found Clothes Aid a really easy charity to deal with. I just arranged a collection online for a time that was suitable for me. They replied very quickly to confirm the collection details. They seem like a very friendly team of people and i would use them again when i have another clear out.Thank you so much.

I havs given you a 5 star rating. The workers are very professional, and very helpful i havs manage to downsize and donated the itms to worthy causes, I couldnt be happier., and also filking the form in online and the items being picked up was super quick.

Very easy and efficient to use this service. Collection was exactly on time, no fuss. I didn’t have time to drive to various charities to deliver donations so the fact that they collect more than just clothes is brilliant, and I feel better that my preloved items are not going to landfill but rather to fund a good cause.

I contacted them to pick up 3 bags of clothing and they were quick to get back to me, kept me informed. No complaints, bags were picked up on the date. I have used clothes aid for a long time and I always find them to he reliable.
