I went to the Hearingbase weekly clinic in Deal 12/2. There I was attended to by Jane. She was very welcoming, efficient and professional. She resolved my problem quickly and thoroughly and I could not have envisaged a better service.

I started using Hannah at Hearbase Ltd, Evesgate as my current hearing aids were not working as well as I wanted and I knew they needed adjusting.

Hannah adjusted my aids and then I had a 2 week follow up for some tweaks and now 3 months later still really pleased with the service and the adjustments made.

My hearing is now as I would want and would recommend Hannah and Hearbase Ltd at Evesgate.

Hannah is efficient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and charming. I could not rate her better!

I attended Hearbase at The One Hospital in Ashford, Hannah provided me with clear explanations and guidance during my visits in a relaxed non pressured environment . I receive ongoing support and feel the whole process has been stress free and has provided me with a much improved level of hearing.

I was invited for a free hearing test so made an appointment as I'd not had my hearing tested before. Parking at the venue was easy, which was a bonus. The session was run in a very professional but friendly and informative manner. I was given a print out of my results to take away. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend to others.

Following an accident in France my hearing aids were mislaid and I was not reunited with them for nearly a year. I popped into Hearbase Bexleyheath without an appointment, on the off chance the audiologist would help me pair my hearing aids with the app. She was more than happy to spend some time sorting out my problem and also went as far as linking my phone with my hearing aids to enable me to receive ltelephone calls direct to my hearing aids. I felt rather nervous going to have ear wax removed from my ear. I was met by Ashley who quickly put me at ease, explained the procedure, the different options and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. At the end she offered advice and I felt comfortable asking her questions.

Hearbase has been brilliant for the last four years since I've had my hearing aids. Yesterday I was in clinic with Hannah who is a wonderful clinician full of information, advice, listening, and ideas. My hearing aids are very good and easy to use and look after and there is a good service to maintain or repair them when the situation arises. It is quick and easy to contact the company who are always willing to offer help or book you an appointment as necessary. Thank you.

My appointment today with Hannah was the same as all the others have been which is calming, professional and clear. I have been impressed with the whole experience from start to finish.

I cannot commend enough the service and after service this company gives. It is perfect! Nicky my ‘person’ has been with me throughout and the aftercare continues 3-4 years later ! nothing seems too much trouble for her despite my not buying or spending any more after initial cost. If only all companies were like this and all company reps were like Nicky too !

What a comprehensive test - such a lovely lady who made the whole experience so easy and relaxed. I feel confident that my hearing has been thoroughly tested and am reassured that I will be having regular yearly tests from now on to monitor the small changes which are occurring.
