Good communication via email and back up text telling you your collection date was accepted and time period when items will be picked up. Driver friendly, great experience all round, will definitely book again. Thank you.

Absolutely spot on. We had to clear my mams house and had loads of clothes and bric a brac. Chap who came to collect was so helpful, he couldn’t have been nicer. I would highly recommend Clothes Aid.

I had some chothes to donate my husband and I both are disabled and as a result going to the charity shop was not possible I used the website which I found easy to navigate I can highly recommend chothes aid

I had 10 bags of mens clothing to donate. Due to a disability I'm unable to take it to a charity shop. The service from clothes aid was absolutely superb, easy to do, and I was able to select the charities I wanted to donate to.

Although they didnt arrive on due date they did keep me informed albeit by email which I dont always have access to

I had 4 full bags of unwanted clothes which i wanted to donate, as I don't drive was needing a lift off someone to take to charity shop. Came across this fantastic service online. So easy to book a collection. Left bags outside door and they were collected early next morning on given collection date. Would definitely use again.... hassle free and going to good causes 👍
