Marie Booth was, as always, an absolute legend and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Professional, efficient, approachable, and always willing to help — the whole process was handled brilliantly from start to finish.
As for Close Finance, they have been my go-to finance company for many years now, and there’s a reason for that. They’ve consistently been there whenever I’ve needed support, and the service has always been outstanding.
In a world where good customer service is becoming rare, Marie and the team continue to set the benchmark.

Close finance have been very helpful! Nothing seems to be too much trouble and everything has been plain sailing with them. Their customer service has been top notch.

Last Minute Holiday Loan
I needed a VERY last minute loan due to flight cancellation issues for holiday. Lucy helped me get the loan I needed in under four hours so that we could get a same day flight and not miss any of our holiday. The entire team was so helpful and Lucy especially was so understanding, lovely and patient. I would highly recommend Close Finance if you ever find yourself in a bind!

My experience with Close Finance was…
My experience with Close Finance was not positive. I would not recommend them. I found the interest rates high, communication aggressive, and there was a lack of transparency. I wouldn’t use them again.
