Worst transportation service I've ever used. The ferry was delayed by three hours with no communication from staff. When we finally boarded, the vessel was dirty and poorly maintained. Life jackets were missing from several stations. The crew was rude and unprofessional when passengers asked questions. Absolutely unacceptable safety standards and customer service.

Fast and efficient hydrofoil transport between islands. The speed was impressive and cut our travel time significantly compared to regular ferries. Modern vessel with air conditioning and clean facilities. Staff handled boarding procedures well even during busy periods. Deducted a star because the ride can feel unstable in choppy conditions and announcements were difficult to hear over engine noise.

This water taxi service provided convenient transport along the coast. Booking was easy through their app and the boat arrived promptly at the designated pier. The captain was professional and knowledgeable about the local area. Seats were comfortable and the vessel felt safe. Would have given five stars but the ride got a bit bumpy in rougher waters and noise levels were higher than expected.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this transport service! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout our journey. The vessel was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Departure and arrival times were punctual, which we really appreciated. Safety protocols were clearly communicated and followed. The scenic route was breathtaking and made our trip memorable. Will definitely use this service again!

Had a great experience on the ferry service. The boarding process was efficient and well-organized. The vessel was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating options. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. Only minor complaint is the onboard cafe prices were a bit steep. Overall, very reliable service and I'd definitely use them again for future trips.

Used their seaplane service for an island transfer and was impressed. Pilot was experienced and provided great commentary during the flight. Check-in was straightforward with minimal waiting. The views were absolutely stunning. Luggage allowance was reasonable. The only downside was the flight departed 15 minutes late due to weather checks. Would recommend to anyone looking for quick transport.

I've used many ferry and water transport services, but this one stands out above all others. The booking process was seamless and straightforward. The crew members were attentive and answered all our questions with patience. The seating was comfortable with plenty of space for luggage. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality provided. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable transportation!

Enjoyed a lovely evening harbor cruise with this company. The boat was spacious with plenty of viewing areas and the sunset views were spectacular. Staff were attentive and the onboard refreshments were good quality. Navigation was smooth and we saw several interesting landmarks. Only drawback was that it felt slightly rushed at certain points and could have been a bit longer for the price.

Had a great trip across the bay with this ferry service. The vessel was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating both inside and on deck. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. Departure was on time and the ride was smooth. Only minor issue was the snack bar had limited options. Overall, a reliable and pleasant transport service that I'd use again.

Complete disaster from booking to landing. They overbooked our flight and bumped us without notice. When we finally got on the next flight hours later, the pilot seemed inexperienced and the ride was terrifying. Luggage was lost and customer service refused to help. Paid premium prices for bottom-tier service. Will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid.

Used their seaplane service for an island hopping trip and was impressed. The pilot was experienced and provided interesting commentary during the flight. Beautiful aerial views and the whole process was efficient from check-in to landing. Price was reasonable for the convenience offered. Lost one star because baggage allowance was quite restrictive and weight checks were strict.

The ferry service was below expectations. Our scheduled departure was delayed by over an hour with minimal communication from staff. The seating area was cramped and poorly maintained, with several broken seats. The onboard amenities were limited and overpriced. Staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. While we eventually reached our destination safely, the overall experience was frustrating and not worth the ticket price paid.

Fantastic day tour visiting multiple islands with this company. Boat was spacious with plenty of shade and seating options. Guide provided interesting information about each location we visited. Swimming stops were perfectly timed and locations were beautiful. Would have appreciated slightly longer time at each island. Nevertheless, excellent value for money and well-organized throughout.

The hydrofoil service provided a fast and comfortable journey across the bay. Interior was modern with air conditioning which was appreciated on a hot day. Staff conducted safety briefing clearly and professionally. Arrival time was exactly as scheduled. Snack selection onboard could be expanded. Despite this small issue, it's an excellent alternative to traditional ferries.

Used their water taxi service multiple times during our vacation. Boats were in excellent condition and captains were knowledgeable about the area. Punctual departures and arrivals made planning easy. Pricing was reasonable for the convenience offered. Lost one star because booking system could be more user-friendly. Still, I'll use them again next visit without hesitation.

What an incredible journey! The ferry service was punctual, clean, and extremely well-organized. The crew was friendly and professional throughout the entire trip. The vessel was modern with comfortable seating and amazing views. Safety protocols were clearly communicated and followed. This is hands down the best water transport service I've used.

Exceeded all expectations! Booking was simple and straightforward with excellent customer support. The captain was knowledgeable about the area and shared interesting facts during our ride. The boat was spotless and equipped with all necessary amenities. Departure and arrival were right on schedule. Highly recommend this transport service for anyone seeking reliable and enjoyable travel.

The scenic route provided breathtaking views that made the journey unforgettable. Staff were attentive and accommodating to all our needs. The aircraft was immaculate and well-maintained. Worth every penny and I'll definitely be using this service again.
