What an incredible journey! From booking to landing, everything was flawless. The pilot was experienced and friendly, providing fascinating commentary throughout the flight. The seaplane was immaculately maintained and felt very safe. The views were absolutely breathtaking and the water landing was smooth as silk. Worth every penny and I'll definitely be booking again soon!

From booking to arrival, everything was perfect! The customer service team was responsive and helpful with special requests. The transportation was comfortable with plenty of amenities. Staff were courteous and attentive throughout the journey. This is exactly what quality service should look like. Five stars well deserved!

Took the seaplane for a coastal trip and it was an okay experience overall. The pilot was professional and the views were nice. Check-in process was a bit disorganized and we waited longer than scheduled. The aircraft seemed older and could use some updates. Price was reasonable but not exceptional value. Would consider using again if no better options available.

Used their seaplane service for an island transfer and was impressed with the pilot's expertise and safety protocols. The views were spectacular and check-in was efficient. Seating was a bit cramped for taller passengers, and luggage allowance was limited. Price was reasonable for the convenience offered. Staff handled our schedule change professionally. A solid choice for coastal transportation needs.

Used their services for island hopping and couldn't be happier! The captain and crew were knowledgeable about the area and provided great commentary. The boat was spacious and equipped with modern safety equipment. They accommodated our schedule perfectly and made the whole experience stress-free and memorable. Absolutely outstanding!

The ferry ride was comfortable enough and got us to our destination on time. The staff were friendly and helpful when boarding. However, the seating area was quite crowded and could use better maintenance. The onboard refreshments were overpriced for what you get. Booking online was straightforward but the website could be more modern.

This water taxi service made our coastal commute so much easier. Boats arrive frequently and are always clean. Captains are skilled navigators who handle all weather conditions well. Ticket pricing is fair and the mobile app for booking works perfectly. Wish they had more evening departures on weekends. Overall, a reliable and pleasant transportation option that beats sitting in traffic every time.

Exceptional service from start to finish! Booking was straightforward online and customer service answered all my questions promptly. The vessels and aircraft are modern and impeccably clean. Safety protocols are clearly communicated and followed. The views during the journey were absolutely stunning. This company has set the gold standard for air-water transport in the region.

Our seaplane flight was cancelled at the last minute with no alternative transportation offered. We missed an important family event because of their incompetence. Customer service refused to issue a refund and were extremely dismissive of our complaints. The rebooking process was a nightmare that took weeks to resolve. Save yourself the stress and choose literally any other transport company.

Had a wonderful trip across the bay with this ferry service. The boat was clean and well-maintained, and the crew was friendly and professional. Departure was right on time and the ride was smooth. Only minor issue was that the onboard café had limited food options. The views were spectacular and seating was comfortable. Would definitely use this service again for future travels.

The ferry service was generally reliable but we experienced a 45-minute departure delay on our return trip. The seating was comfortable enough and the staff were polite when we asked questions. Ticket prices seemed reasonable for the route. However, the onboard cafeteria had limited options and the restrooms could have been cleaner. Overall an acceptable experience but there's definitely room for improvement in punctuality and facilities maintenance.

Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. Our ferry was delayed by three hours with no explanation or apology. Staff were rude and unhelpful when asked about the delay. The vessel itself was dirty and poorly maintained. Seats were broken and bathrooms were disgusting. For the premium price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. Will never use this service again.

Booked a harbor tour and it exceeded most expectations. The vessel was spacious with plenty of viewing areas. Staff provided interesting commentary about the local landmarks. Boarding process was organized and efficient. Refreshments were reasonably priced. Only downside was the tour ran about 15 minutes shorter than advertised. Despite this, it was a memorable experience and I'd recommend it to visitors.

Lost our luggage, provided zero assistance in locating it, and showed no concern whatsoever. The booking process was confusing and we were overcharged. When we tried to resolve the billing error, we were put on hold for over an hour multiple times. The actual transport was uncomfortable and behind schedule. Complete waste of money and time. This business has no regard for customer satisfaction.

Absolutely fantastic experience with this air and water transport company! The seaplane journey was smooth and scenic, offering breathtaking views throughout. Staff were incredibly professional, safety-focused, and friendly. Boarding was efficient and well-organized. The pilot provided interesting commentary during the flight. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable island hopping or coastal transport.

I felt genuinely unsafe during our water taxi ride. The boat was clearly not properly maintained and made concerning noises throughout the journey. The captain seemed inexperienced and made several dangerous maneuvers. Life jackets were old and some appeared damaged. No safety briefing was provided. This company should be investigated for safety violations. Absolutely do not risk your life with them.

Flew with this company for an island hopping tour and had mixed feelings. The pilot was experienced and the views were spectacular during the flight. Check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, the seaplane itself felt quite dated and the seats were cramped for the hour-long journey. The baggage allowance was restrictive and additional fees added up quickly. Good for a one-time experience but not sure I'd choose them again.

The ferry service was below expectations. Our departure was delayed by over an hour with minimal communication from staff. The seating area was cramped and uncomfortable, and the bathroom facilities were not well-maintained. Staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. The only positive was that we eventually arrived at our destination safely, but the overall experience left much to be desired for the price paid.

Used their seaplane service for island hopping and was impressed with the efficiency. Pilots were experienced and made us feel safe throughout the flight. Check-in process was straightforward and quick. The aerial views were breathtaking. Lost one star because baggage allowance was quite restrictive and extra fees added up. Still, great value for time saved compared to traditional ferry routes.

I've used this service multiple times and they never disappoint! The fleet is well-maintained and comfortable. Departure times are punctual and the crew always goes above and beyond to ensure passenger comfort. Baggage handling is careful and efficient. The combination of air and water transport options makes travel incredibly convenient. Worth every penny for the quality and reliability provided.
