Incredibly unprofessional operation. Booking system is completely unreliable and they overbooked our scheduled trip. Had to wait an additional 2 hours in the hot sun with no shelter provided. Captain was dismissive of safety concerns raised by passengers. Boats appear old and poorly maintained. Save yourself the frustration and choose another company.
