What an incredible journey! The seaplane service was absolutely flawless from booking to landing. Our pilot was experienced and made us feel completely safe throughout the flight. The views were breathtaking and the staff handled everything professionally. The aircraft was immaculately maintained and comfortable. This is hands down the best air-water transport service I've ever used. Worth every penny!

Their water taxi service is convenient and fairly priced. Boats run on schedule most of the time and the crew is courteous. The vessels are comfortable enough for short journeys, though could use some updating. Booking through their app was straightforward. Lost one star because the pickup location wasn't clearly marked, causing some confusion initially.

Worst transportation service I've ever used. The ferry departure was delayed by three hours with no explanation or apology from staff. When we finally boarded, the vessel was dirty and overcrowded. The crew was rude and unhelpful when passengers asked questions. Our luggage was damaged during handling and they refused to take responsibility.

Absolutely fantastic service from booking to arrival! The seaplane transfer was smooth and the pilot was incredibly skilled and friendly. The views were breathtaking and the entire journey felt safe and comfortable. Staff were professional, punctual, and went out of their way to accommodate our luggage needs. Best transportation experience we've ever had!

My first seaplane experience was fantastic! The pilot was professional and made everyone feel safe during the flight. Views were absolutely breathtaking. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. Lost one star because the seating was a bit cramped for taller passengers and the baggage allowance was quite limited. Still, great value for money.

This shuttle boat service between the airport and city center is a game changer. Much faster than road transport and offers beautiful views. Departures are frequent and staff handle luggage carefully. Slightly expensive compared to other options but time saved makes it worthwhile. Comfortable seating and clean facilities throughout the journey.

Booked a sunset harbor cruise and it was lovely. The boat was spacious with plenty of seating options both inside and on deck. Staff provided interesting commentary about landmarks. Food and beverage service was prompt. Would have been perfect if the sound system was better - hard to hear announcements at times. Still highly recommend!

Used this water taxi service multiple times during my vacation. Boats arrived punctually and captains were knowledgeable about the area. Safety equipment was clearly visible and well-maintained. The only downside was that during peak hours, boats could get crowded. Pricing is fair and the convenience factor is unbeatable for island hopping.

The ferry got us to our destination safely, which is the most important thing. The boat itself was clean and the crew seemed experienced. However, we experienced a 45-minute departure delay with minimal communication from staff. Onboard amenities were basic but functional. Ticket prices are reasonable for the route. The boarding process could be more organized during peak times. Overall, it's an adequate service that gets the job done, but there's definitely room for improvement in punctuality and customer communication.

Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. Flight was canceled last minute without proper notification, leaving us stranded. Customer service was impossible to reach and when I finally got through, they were dismissive and offered no solutions. Paid premium prices for what turned out to be the most unprofessional and unreliable service.

Overall had a wonderful experience with this ferry company. The vessel was clean and well-maintained, staff were friendly and accommodating. Boarding process was organized and efficient. Only complaint was a 20-minute departure delay, but they kept us informed throughout. The onboard amenities were good and prices reasonable. Would definitely use again for future trips.

This company made our island hopping trip absolutely seamless! The boats were clean, modern, and well-maintained. Crew members were knowledgeable about the routes and provided excellent commentary. Departure and arrival times were precise, which we really appreciated. The online booking system was easy to use and customer support answered all our questions promptly.

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish! The ferry was immaculate and departed right on schedule. The crew was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the route. Safety protocols were clearly communicated and followed. The views during the journey were breathtaking. Will definitely use this service again for all future trips!

This water taxi service is simply perfect! Punctual pickup, courteous captain, and spotless vessel. The ride was comfortable even in choppy waters. Pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. They went above and beyond by helping with our luggage and providing local travel tips. This is now my go-to transportation for coastal travel!

Used their seaplane service for an island hopping trip and was quite impressed. The pilot was experienced and made us feel safe during the flight. Check-in was efficient and luggage handling was careful. The views were absolutely spectacular. Price point is fair for the convenience offered. Lost one star because the waiting area could use some upgrades, but overall a solid choice.

I've traveled with many air and water transport companies, but this one stands out above all others. The pilot was professional and made the flight smooth despite weather conditions. Booking was seamless online, and the staff at the dock were welcoming and efficient. The aircraft was well-maintained and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone!

Booked a water taxi for our coastal journey and it exceeded most expectations. The captain was professional and knowledgeable about the area. Boat was well-maintained and equipped with safety gear. Departure and arrival times were punctual. Scenery along the route was breathtaking. Only complaint is limited onboard amenities, but for the journey length it was perfectly adequate.

Had a wonderful experience with this ferry company. The boarding process was smooth and well-organized. The vessel was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating options. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. Only minor issue was a slight delay in departure, but they kept us well informed. Would definitely use this service again for future trips.

Booked a multi-island tour and it exceeded most expectations. The catamaran was spacious with plenty of room to move around. Tour guides provided interesting information about each location we visited. Snorkeling equipment was included and in good condition. The only downside was we felt a bit rushed at some stops.

Absolutely fantastic experience from booking to landing! The pilot was highly skilled and made us feel safe throughout the entire journey. The scenic views were breathtaking and the aircraft was immaculately maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating to all our needs. The scheduling was flexible and they communicated clearly about weather conditions. Worth every penny for this unforgettable adventure!
