The ferry service was below expectations. Our departure was delayed by over an hour with minimal communication from staff. The seating area was cramped and uncomfortable, and several restrooms were out of order during the journey. Staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. The only positive was that we eventually arrived safely, but for the price paid, I expected much better service and reliability.

The ferry ride was comfortable enough with adequate seating and clean facilities. Staff members were polite and helpful when needed. However, we experienced a 45-minute departure delay with minimal communication about the cause. The onboard amenities were basic but functional. Pricing seems fair for the route, though I've heard competitors offer better schedules. Overall, it gets you where you need to go, but don't expect luxury or perfect punctuality.

Took a seaplane transfer to the islands and was impressed with the professionalism. Pilots were experienced and provided clear safety instructions. The views during flight were spectacular. Check-in was quick and luggage handling was efficient. My only complaint is the seats were a bit cramped for taller passengers. Would definitely recommend for scenic travel.

What an incredible experience from start to finish! The crew was professional, friendly, and made sure every passenger felt safe and comfortable. The vessel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Boarding was organized and efficient. The scenic route was breathtaking and the ride was smooth even in choppy waters. Will definitely use this service again!

Booked a harbor tour and really enjoyed it. The boat was spacious with good viewing areas on all sides. Commentary was informative and entertaining. Refreshments were available at fair prices. Weather protection was adequate when it got windy. Only downside was the tour felt slightly rushed at certain points. Great value for money and a memorable experience.

Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. Our ferry was delayed for over three hours with no explanation or updates from staff. When we finally boarded, the vessel was dirty and poorly maintained. Staff were rude and unhelpful when we asked questions. The seating was uncomfortable and several amenities were out of order. To make matters worse, they lost one of our bags. Never using this transport service again.

Used their seaplane service for island hopping and was quite impressed. Pilots were experienced and made us feel safe during the flight. The views were absolutely spectacular and the flight was smooth. Check-in process was straightforward with helpful ground crew. Only downside was limited luggage allowance and slightly higher prices than expected. Despite this, the convenience and time saved made it worthwhile.

This transport service made island hopping convenient and enjoyable. Schedules were reliable and connections worked smoothly. Crew members were courteous and safety-conscious. Boats were comfortable enough for the journey lengths. Wi-Fi would have been a nice addition for longer routes. Pricing is fair considering the service quality. Will use again on my next visit to the area.

Boarding process was organized and efficient. Only minor issue was a 20-minute departure delay, but they kept us well informed. Onboard amenities were good with comfortable seating and a nice cafe. Would definitely use again for future trips.

Used this water taxi service multiple times during my vacation. Boats were well-maintained and departures were mostly on time. Captains knew the routes well and provided interesting local information. Prices were reasonable for the convenience offered. Lost one star because one trip was delayed by 20 minutes without much communication. Still a solid choice overall.

Safety protocols were thoroughly explained and equipment was top-notch. The views were absolutely stunning and the landing was incredibly smooth. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Highly recommend for both tourists and commuters!

The ferry ride was acceptable overall but had its ups and downs. Boarding was organized and staff were polite enough. The vessel itself seemed a bit dated and could use some maintenance. Seating was comfortable but limited during peak hours. The schedule was mostly on time though we experienced a 20-minute delay on our return trip. Prices are reasonable for the distance covered. Would use again if needed but wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it.
