Fantastic seaplane experience from start to finish. The pilot was experienced and made the flight comfortable even in slightly choppy conditions. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. Loved the aerial views of the coastline. The only improvement would be slightly more legroom, but for a short flight it was perfectly acceptable. Great value for money.

Enjoyed a lovely harbor cruise with my family. The boat was spacious with plenty of seating options both inside and on deck. Crew members were attentive and answered all our questions. Refreshments available onboard were reasonably priced. Would have given five stars if the audio system was clearer during the narrated tour portions.

What an amazing journey! The ferry service was impeccable from booking to arrival. The vessel was clean, modern, and comfortable with plenty of seating options. Staff members were friendly and attentive throughout the trip. The scenic views were breathtaking and the smooth sailing made for a relaxing experience. Will definitely use this service again!

Booked a seaplane transfer that was supposed to be scenic and efficient. The aircraft appeared old and poorly maintained which was concerning. Departure was delayed without explanation and we missed our connecting transport. Customer service was unhelpful when we tried to resolve the issue. The views were nice but overall experience was marred by disorganization and lack of professionalism.

Our ferry trip was delayed by over three hours with minimal communication from staff. When we finally boarded, the seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The onboard facilities were dated and not well maintained. Staff seemed overwhelmed and couldn't answer basic questions about our route. For the price we paid, expected much better service and reliability.

This was the most disappointing travel experience I've ever had. The pilot seemed rushed and impatient with passengers. Safety briefing was barely audible and felt rushed. Our departure was delayed twice with no explanation or apology. The aircraft interior was poorly maintained with torn seats. Would never use this service again.

Convenient shuttle service between the airport and city center via waterway. Much faster than road transport during rush hour. Boats run frequently and on time. Staff handled luggage carefully and professionally. Comfortable seating and climate control made the journey pleasant. Only minor issue was limited space for larger suitcases during busy periods.

Used their seaplane service for island hopping and was impressed with the professionalism. Pilots were experienced and made us feel safe throughout the flight. Views were absolutely spectacular. Check-in was straightforward with minimal wait time. Lost one star because luggage allowance was quite restrictive and extra baggage fees added up quickly. Would definitely use again for future trips.

I've used many transport services but this company stands out above all others. The helicopters are impeccably maintained and the pilots are true professionals. Check-in was efficient and stress-free. They even accommodated our luggage with ease. The scenic route they took was stunning. Worth every penny for the convenience and luxury experience!

What a spectacular way to travel! The seaplane journey offered stunning aerial views while the speedboat transfer was exhilarating yet safe. All crew members were experienced and attentive to passenger needs. The booking process was straightforward and customer service answered all my questions promptly. This is premium transportation at its finest!

Booked the evening harbor cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it. The boat was spacious with good viewing areas on multiple decks. Commentary from the captain was informative and entertaining. Refreshments available onboard were decent quality. Sunset views were breathtaking. Would have been perfect five stars but the audio system was a bit quiet in some areas making it hard to hear.

What an incredible journey! The seaplane transfer was smooth and the views were breathtaking. Our captain was experienced and made us feel completely safe throughout the flight. The boat portion was equally impressive with a knowledgeable crew. Every detail was handled professionally from booking to arrival. This is the best way to travel between islands!

Had a great experience on the ferry crossing last week. The vessel was clean and well-maintained, staff were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. Boarding process was efficient and organized. Only minor complaint was that the onboard cafe was a bit pricey. Otherwise, departure and arrival times were punctual and the ride was comfortable even in slightly choppy conditions.

Used their amphibious aircraft for airport transfer to coastal resort. Service was prompt and the entire experience felt premium. Staff handled luggage carefully and boarding was well-organized. Flight was smooth with stunning aerial views of the coastline. Only improvement needed is better communication about weather-related schedule changes. Overall a unique and convenient transportation option I'd recommend.

Water taxi service exceeded expectations for getting around the harbor. Boats were modern and comfortable with adequate seating. Drivers knew the routes well and provided interesting commentary about local landmarks. Service ran frequently which was convenient. Only downside was during peak tourist season it got quite crowded. Pricing was reasonable for the quality provided.

From the moment I booked until we landed, everything was perfect. The ferry connection was seamless and the air transfer saved us hours of travel time. Staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The safety briefing was thorough yet not overwhelming. I'll definitely use this service again and recommend it to everyone!

This combined air and water transport service is absolutely fantastic! The coordination between flights and boats was flawless. Our pilot provided interesting commentary about the coastline during the flight. The vessel was clean, modern, and comfortable. Punctual departure and arrival times made planning our vacation so much easier. Highly professional operation!

Our coastal flight was absolutely spectacular! The helicopter was pristine and the pilot provided fascinating commentary throughout. Staff handled our luggage with care and the whole experience felt premium yet welcoming. The scenic route they took showcased the most beautiful coastal views. Worth every penny and highly recommended!

This air and water transport company delivers excellence in every aspect. Safety is clearly their top priority, with well-maintained equipment and experienced operators. The customer service team answered all my questions promptly and courteously. We arrived on time and enjoyed every moment of the journey.

I've used many ferry services over the years, but this one stands out as exceptional. The vessel was immaculate, the crew was friendly and professional, and departure times were punctual. Comfortable seating and smooth sailing made the trip enjoyable. The booking process was simple and prices were very reasonable.
