Réserve pour 583$, reçu un mail pour les contacter. Au final j’ai du payer 959$ ! Car surbooking. Impossible d’annuler sinon il me retire quand même les 583$ ! Plus jamais.

Great service, very easy and reasonable prices. Had a small glitch with receiving a confirmation mail but easily resolved using the chat option. Will definitely book through travel junction again.

I bought a flight ticket but 2 minutes after somebody called me and said that my flight ticket price went up $998,00, and he told me that I had to pay the new price, because the contract said that the price can change at any time -BUT this information show up appeared when I finished the payment!!!!
They called from a phone number that is not on the website,
I asked to speak to a supervisor: I listened to music, waited for 45 minutes and the connection was interrupted. This is the worst service I have seen in the last 20 years when buying tickets online !.Absolutely negative experience!!!

La réservation enregistrée n'a pas été respectée. On m'a dit que le choix que j'avais était de payer un supplément de 30% ou de perdre mon argent complétement. La politique d'entreprise en petits caractères est qu'il y a des frais jusqu'à $150 par personne pour une annulation, ce que j'aurai pu faire, mais c'était encore une plus grosse perte. Le tarif publié est très bas, pour ensuite annoncer que ce tarif était pour un vol stand by pas garanti. Impossible de se faire rembourser. Le choix est donc de payer un supplément ou la pénalité d'annulation. J'ai été pris en otage avec un bas prix et finalement j'ai payé plus cher que si j'avais passé par un agent autorisé ou directement avec la compagnie aérienne.

J’ai récemment vécu une expérience très décevante avec clicK2book.ca lors de la réservation d’un vol Montréal-Paris A/R. Après avoir complété ma réservation, j’ai reçu un email ambigu indiquant que ma transaction était “en attente” et qu’il fallait attendre 72 heures pour la confirmation. Face à cette incertitude, j’ai contacté leur service clientèle où j’ai été accueilli par un agent qui ne parlait ni français ni un anglais clair. On m’a ensuite dirigé vers une messagerie instantanée où l’on m’a demandé de payer 600$ supplémentaires sous prétexte que le billet de retour n’était pas correct.
Lorsque j’ai protesté en disant que cela ne respectait pas les conditions initiales, on m’a informé qu’il était trop tard et que la transaction était déjà effectuée. Heureusement, j’ai pu annuler ma carte bancaire à temps pour empêcher la transaction. Par la suite, clicK2book.ca a continué de me harceler parmessage téléphoniques
Je tiens à mettre en garde tous les consommateurs contre les pratiques de cette entreprise. Il est important de rester vigilant et de ne pas se laisser intimider par de telles tactiques.

I booked a flight to overseas with click2book but shortly I received an email telling me they could not contact with my phone number to confirm some information and asked me not to try to buy ticket from others (because my card might have already been charged) and call them! I was surprised and thought what kind of information was missing other than what was provided online? I called the number given in the email and spoke to an agent which put me on hold a couple of times before telling me that airline has told them that they want to charge extra $500 per ticket on my card because they ran out of seats for my return (which was for 4 months later!) and want to move me to upper cabin! I smelt some sort of scam in this exchange and asked for immediate cancellation of my booking. I also sent them an email asking for cancellation of the booking in the email and advised them not to go ahead trying to charge my card because I had already locked my card before any charge could occur.
UPDATE:
After I blocked their access to my credit card and even though I had asked them to cancel my order, they tried to contact me last night while earlier they claimed they could not reach my number! It is obvious that I was no longer interested in any conversation with these people as I discovered there have been many similar experiences with other people that I could read in other review sites. I received an email from Trustpilot informing me of a response by the company but I did not see any option to reply to them so I decided to add update to my review.

Came to them by Jetcost.
Some of the tickets were sold without been guaranteed by the airline. OK.
Then they called me to inform we were in a waiting list and IF the airline doesn’t honor those ones at the moment of the travel, we would be submitted to an alternative flight within + or - 7 days from the chosen date. Whaaat?
I were obliged to pay in order to cancel (some friends just told as to inform the crédit card we were scammed and they would cancel de payment, but…).
Only thing I can say: don’t touch companies you don’t know. Check Trustpilot before putting your credit card information anywhere in a website.
