I called to confirm in the morning whether I could book with the price as per the website showing and told that it's OK. But then I was told that there's no confirmation for return ticket in the afternoon. What a kind of service?

Trying to book a flight to South…

Trying to book a flight to South America, the price was the same as other agencies, got the email ACKNOWLEDGING the reservation, immediately received a call stating that there is not seats available for part of the return flight and I will be in a waiting list, if I want to have a confirm seat will cost me $200 extra. I decided that since is NOT CONFIRMED the reservation I need to cancel it. I don't want to be in waiting list for a return flight.
They insisted that is the way to do it and the way that are able to help me is to cancel the reservation (that it was not confirm yet) and charge me with $75 fee.
After arguing for more that 20 min, I noticed that it was a scam and was afraid that they will charge me for the whole ticket.
It's a scam.
That is too bad that their professional work ethics is not there.
If you decide to travel, you don't need this hassle with scammers.
Should be reported to have honest companies dealing with Canada.

Horreur

Horreur ! Horreur ! Nous avons achetés 2 billets d’avions au montant de 1072.24$ (facture à l’appui) et ils nous ont dit qu’ils prenaient le montant en deux étapes, premier montant 261.66$ et la balance après. Malheureusement ils ont pris 1,598.90 $ aucunement le prix du départ. Refuse de corriger et veulent me facturer 600$ si j’annule….. plus jamais avec eux. 🤬

Made a booking today for 2400$

Made a booking today for 2400$, 1h our later someone calls me from +1 (844) 893-9082 and tells me the fares has increased to 3500$ and I have to pay, i can't cancel the booking.
I'll forward this matter to my credit card company as a fraud.
Never again with this thing called click2book.

Des voleurs sans scrupules

J’ai fait l’erreur de pas regarder les avis à propos de ce site. Je viens de réserver un voyage à Curaçao. Dans l’après midi je reçois un appel pour me dire que le vol est plein que l’on doit changer la date et le prix…$1600 de plus au total, ce qui ne me convient pas. Alors je demande de canceller et on me dit qu’il y a une pénalité de $150 par billet . J’avais réservé 4….donc $600 de pénalité.

Il ne respecte pas les dates , ni le prix et on doit payer une pénalité…c’est complètement déloyale des vrais bandits.

Il t’appelle pour te mettre de la pression. Parle pas français….c’est de l’arnaque pur et simple !

C’est du vol et arnaque

Mon Dieu!! C’est vraiment HORRIBLE!

Le 26 mars 2024, j’ai acheté un vol de Mimia vers Montréal à 16:45.

Le 1er juin, j’ai reçu un courriel pour dire que le vol est devancé pour 8:30 AM. C’est impossible pour nous d’arriver à l’aéroport avant 13:00. J’ai appelé click2book pour qu’il arrange le problème. J’ai dû payer un extra 199$.98$ CAD pour obtenir un vol à 17:30.

Le 22 août, j’ai reçu un autre courriel pour dire que mon vol est devancé pour 9:40 AM. Je rappelle la cie, il dit qu’il faut que je paie encore un autre 200$ pour avoir un vol dans la soirée 🥵🥵🥵

Je suis désespérée!!
