I have booked ticket with them and 2nd…

I have booked ticket with them and 2nd day their representative called that i have to pay another $500 otherwise your bookings will be cancelled. When i insist to cancel the booking as it is not 24 hrs yet, he didn't do that and made me pay to keep the booking. Then i called and complaint about this and their manager gave $150 credit rather than refunding the moneyand also made me right good review while on call with him. Now i am stuck to use that credit. Click2book is the worst

Ticket Prices Change After Purchase

I bought a flight ticket for $1162.59 but five minutes after somebody called me and said that my flight ticket price went up $500,00 Dollars, and he told me that I had to pay the new price, because the contract said that the price can change at any time, but this information only appeared when I finished the payment. Their system is not transparent, and even though they have that observation on their main entrance page, I was directed straight to the flight ticket page where there was no warning about these possible changes.

Don´t waste your time with this company

Booked a flight with this company and they said I was going to receive my ticket within 24 and 72 hours. It sounded reasonable. However, the ticket never arrived, I called for more than a month to ask what was happening and they kept saying, it´s coming soon. I called the airline directly and they said there was no reservation whatsoever under my name. Then this guy Frank starts yelling on the phone that the problem was I didn´t understand that issuing tickets take months. Really? since when? At the airline they clearly stated that any booking gets a reservation number within 24 hours. This company is very shady. A waste of time. Never again.

SCAM Click2Book.CA

I'm for the Click2Book.CA site in Canada, a real gang of thieves, not able of respecting the prices displayed on their website, you have to call them and the song starts, your tickets are no longer available at this time price there you have to pay $600 dollars more for each ticket, You are obliged according to our charter you must respect your reservation, no refund possible. in 1/2 hour I got caught by Farehutz.CA and Click2book.ca, both are Canadian sites, but they are scam companies based in London UK. When I saw the same ploy with FareHutz.ca, I bought directly from Air Transat at a high price (another kind of theft) and I blocked my Master credit card to make sure I didn't be billed by FareHutz.ca & Click2book.ca.

Bait and switch pricing

So I had been watching pricing on a particular flight and finally saw it at a reasonable price so I booked 2 seats. Within minutes I received an automated email saying everything thing is good. An hour later I receive a phone call (from Chris) telling me my return flight isn't available however he can book me on a different return flight for an additional $750. I immediately told him to refund me my visa as it had not been 24 hours since I placed order. He was hesitant but finally acknowledged that they are not offering the original flights so that voids my contract....Scammers

Really bad experience for me

Really bad experience for me, thought I had found a great deal but when I got their call the next day to tell me the price will be 200$ more, with some wishy washy explanation I new it was a scam. Do not purchase tickets from them. Buy directly from the airline, it will be worry free and you will not encourage this kind of business.
