Worst Experience ever

Worst Experience ever, Never using this website again.
I bought a ticket to go to Istanbul using Lufthansa airline, I received a call from Click2book and they told me that it was a stand by Tickey but it was not written anywhere. They offered me to pay more money to get longer layovers and more complicated flights. They said they could not refund me. Finally after 1 hour of negociation, they offered me the same flight but had to pay 300$ more. A real disaster. I will never go with them again. Be careful !

C’est une arnaque

C’est une arnaque. Ils nous on appelé 5 minutes après la réservation pour nous demander 1000$ de plus. Ne jamais donner votre numéro de carte de crédit lors de votre annulation. Ils le demande pour vérifier celle-ci mais ils ont seulement les 4 derniers chiffres en leur possession. Il m’a raccroché, lorsque j’ai demandé sa politique de remboursement et que je ne voulais pas lui donner mes numéros de cartes de crédit.Ne pas oublier d’annuler votre carte part la suite, afin d’éviter des problèmes futurs. C’est des crosseurs… soyez prudent avec ce site.

They scam people with a “waiting list”

My sister book online and they called 30min later to confirm that the flight back was on a waiting list and she needs to pay an extra 300$. Means it was more expensive than dealing directly with airlines cies!
I had to call back two times to find a solution and nothing. I propose 2 solutions: find me a way back ticket for the same price (as Canadian law mandate) or remove the cancellation fees because it was done not even an hour later! (Suppose to be free within 24h) The Manager was screaming at me saying that they can’t remove the fees and it was 300$ more or nothing else. They also said that according to their policy, they have the right to do it because I did consent by booking with them. (I never see that policy)
My sister already put a complain with Visa and it will be on review under scamming cie.

Please use Kayak or other booking coes than that one.

Never again

I did the reservation online,waited about 30 min. to get conformation for my reservation. then they called me and said that my return trip is not confirmed and that i might have to pay extra on the way back of about $800. at that moment I asked them to cancel my tickets,they refused.I called my credit card ,to my luck they did not charge my card yet. I asked my credit card provider to luck my card.I will never deal with them or recomend them.They made my blood pressure go up.I am giving them a star because there is no lower mark

Attention!!

Je suis extrêmement déçu par cette agence de voyage. Après avoir réservé mon voyage avec eux, on m'informe qu'ils ne peuvent pas me fournir le vol au prix initial, malgré le fait que la réservation ait déjà été confirmée. On m'a alors proposé un vol à un prix plus élevé, ou bien de l'annuler, mais avec des frais d'annulation de 150$.
