Always up-to-date on information

I’m able to quickly go online and find my balance, my deposits and if there are any changes to my status on accounts. I didn’t like the short window I had to respond back to an offer that was made. I was at my doctors office and couldn’t get to my phone quickly enough and when I responded I was informed that the deal had gone away. That’s why I’m giving a 4star instead of 5stars.

So many promises made, none of them kept! I asked many questions before I signed on. NONE of the answers were truthful. I've since called with other questions. I was given the answer that seemed to appease me, to only be told 2 months later a contradictory answer! I was told there would be a 6 month review, didn’t happen. I was told I would be contacted and would have to approve any settlements, didn't happen. I received an email telling me a settlement had been accepted. I should have done more research before I made a decision.

They assigned me an attorney to reach out to when my creditors start contacting me. I have called her MILLIONS of times with no answer or call back. My credits are about to hit collections and my creditors are pissed. Attorneys name is JENNY ROACH. The rep i was talking to has not gotten back to me or bothered switching my attorney. Super unprofessional to assign an attorney who does not get back to you or pick up calls that are important. You pay them monthly and no work gets done.
