I’ve been paying $270 a month for 28 months now. That comes out to $7560ish. My original debt about was roughly this. My “settlement” amount isn’t much lower than this. What have I been paying $270 a month for???

Horrible service takes years to pay off anything and they claim all your money is going in this savings account that you can't see meanwhile there paying on one account and the rest of your money just dissappears not to mention all there fees they charge you just contact your credit card you're self and handle it

A lot of times did not return phone calls! They were helpful when I called them.

I would never use this service again. I feel all that was accomplished was my credit rating was destroyed. Very little personal communication about the process.

Have problems with the first one getting settled but so far everything is fine with the second one.

I regret going with the debt relief. I could’ve did this all myself and saved my credit score and a couple thousand dollars.

Always answered my questions and make it easy to trust the process. It takes time. It does work.

Our experience was phenomenal. We got served by our credit card agency, I called Atlas Debit Relief, within a week we had a litigator and before we had to file with the courts our debt was paid and no more worries. I highly recommend this quick action team.

Needs to be taken

Disappointed in the service communication. Started off good with communicating, but you didn’t communicate with the companies that we were dealing with Citibank sold my accounts and you never responded when I contacted you about it then the new company that bought those accounts added it to my credit report so it looks like I took out more loans and all of this is because of your poor communication

I dislike having to be sued. Why didn't atlas make an agreement with capitol one and keep paying? Why do they wait til the settlement before they pay? That would avoid lawyers involved. That also ruin my credit score. I hope with the settlement, it would improve my score.

When I signed up they told me it would be 8 months credit decline. Don’t know if that’s true. After a year, one credit has been paid. Customer service is very helpful.

Garbage! Don't do it. You can call debt collectors and set up payment plans on your own at any time. Atlas is slow and only looking out for their best interest- NOT YOURS. I was a fool to think a business would be looking out for me. I was sued by a debt collector within 3 months of enrolling in their program, and that's when I found out that Atlas had not reached out to any of the debt collectors. After that, I pulled 4 of the 5 debts out of the program and made arrangement for them on my own. There was one debtor that offered a $3000 settlement on a $12,000 debt but Atlas did not accept it saying I didn't have enough in my "savings" to pay it and their fee and have funds left over for the other debts. I had already paid them $5000 by then. They didn't accept the offer, and the amount went up to $6000 if paid at once. The one debt that I was sued over was originally $12,600, in court it was settled to $10,400 and is now costing me $13,500 because Atlas is charging a $3100 fee based on the original enrolled amount not the settled amount. So, I am paying more than I would have it they never got involved. They still have not paid off that debt despite be paying in more than $10,000- they are making interest on my payments. This is all my fault for being naïve and careless with my credit BUT DO NOT THINK ATLAS WILL HELP YOU. You can do it better on your own.

At first I was really concerned as to what can happen to the program. But seeing how the process went, I was relieved of the outcome. Atlas Debt Relief helped me bigtime. Thank you so very much for helping me out.
