Great service from the call centre team. I phoned a couple of times finalising things before I purchased the policy. Always helpful and answered all my questions 👌

Very helpful friendly and patient
Very helpful friendly and patient, (well I am 70). They're price was cheaper than the comparison sites I contacted. I will use them again next year for my 2 motorbikes if I'm happy with the price.

Second time lucky... I suppose
Good customer service after my second attempt at renewing my policy. When my initial policy was about to expire, the customer service representative stated that I had to pay the full amount immediately. After letting this expire and renewing yesterday, the rep let me pay in two installments - but charged me £25 to do so.
