Very good service
We went on Thursday to clarks and the customer service was amazing. Big shout out to Isobel who we normally see at Clark’s she was very welcoming and made us aware on how to care for the shoes. Isobel was really helpful and had an amazing attitude!!

Amazing Experience in Busy Time
Akua and Ayesha were amazing and really helpful. They helped 2 of us find the perfect shoes for the school year. Fully appreciate their help and akuas help on fitting our shoes on a stressful night. Her positivity at the end of a long shift went a long way!

Today we bought 2 pair of shoes in Tufford Centre, Peel Ave, the manager was very rude in her dealing usually we get NHS discount on every purchase this time she denied stating that no expiry date on the NHS card.

Fabulous Beth
Booked on line and despite looking like a crazy place when we got there we were served quickly and were in and out in 16 minutes. Fabulous service by Beth today. Friendly, professional and when my son had such big feet even went to the trouble of trying to find adult shoes too just in case he didn't like the only pair of school shoes in his size! Thank you Beth.
