Even though it was a very stressful time for your staff (end of school holidays!) it was not obvious! Every member of the team was smiling and extremely approachable. We were helped by a wonderful team member called Philea. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very considerate to my daughter who is hearing impaired and wears hearing aids. She ensured that Agnes understood her and went the extra mile with checking her shoes and problem solving. The whole experience was really enjoyable and the team were an absolute credit to the company.

Visited the Trafford Centre Branch to get school shoes. Recieved exceptional service from Mirza Mohammed. He was brilliant from start to end. It was very difficult finding the correct size shoes for my daughter as she is between sizes and only certain shoes were available in her size. We ultimately found a pair that fit her that she was very comfortable in and liked the design too. 10/10 from Mirza.

My main take away was how well organised the place was. It was very very busy. We were given a ticket when we arrived and my heart sank. I thought we'd be there forever. School whole time was always gonna be a nightmare. But it wasn't. The store was so well staffed and committed to the system that we were seen in less than ten minutes. And out in about half an hour.

The shoes we wanted weren't available. And my wife had checked while Yusra was downstairs and didn't think the first choice or second choice were available anywhere. So we asked for the third choice. But Yusra didn't take our word for it and checked herself. So my daughter has ended up with her second choice. Then Louise on the till was lovely too!

Good experience for my daughter being measured and fitted for school shoes by Tom. Patient and gave us the time we needed.

Served by Louise and Arissa in-store today - both really helpful and got my daughter's shoes sorted in no time. Arissa went and found some that weren't on show when she realised the type of shoe my daughter preferred.

Despite it being bank holiday weekend and very busy before the return to school, we were given a ticket and seen quickly . Madison was friendly , helpful and efficient and helped my child choose comfortable shoes. Thank you, Madison.

Brilliant service. It is a week before schools go back and a weekend and I did not have to wait as everybody was being directed and organised. We were assisted by Madison who was patient and excellent.

Just recalled an unpleasant interaction with a member of staff ( Lesliee(?) ). Was very intense - even with the other staff - and generally made my 2 girls feel uneasy. Otherwise an okay visit. Could have done with a warmer, less beady welcome.

I visited Clarks in the trafford centre today and was served by an amazing sehar who measured my son and made sure I had a positive experience. I came in certain with just buying 1 school shoe but left with a trainer and a sandal for myself as sehar re assured me that they looked amazing on me. As a regular clarks customer this has been the best experience I have received and will definitely return soon. Thank you sehar

We went in to the Trafford Centre store to buy school shoes on a busy Saturday afternoon. Arissa served us and did a fabulous job of measuring our son’s feet, giving him choices and being friendly, without rushing him and ensuring he was properly fitted;
even after a long shift in a very hot store.
As they only had 1 pair left (one of the shoes from the display) with some marks on the front panel and slightly different shape at the toe, we asked if there was anything that could be done. Arissa kindly acknowledged our ask and raised with her manager, Lesley.
I wish the same acknowledgment, courteous response and kind tone could have been reflected in Lesley’s response. Whilst the option of substituting the guarantee for 10% off was offered, the tone in which this was presented was combative and we decided against it.
Thank you Arissa for making the first part of our shopping experience in Clarks so positive!

I got my kids school shoes from a very busy Trafford Centre store yesterday. I thought the queue system was managed very well and there were plenty of staff available to support. A particular shout out to Mirza who served us, he was patient, listened to our requirements and spent time finding exactly what we wanted. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach in what must have been a busy and chaotic time. Many thanks I will return 🙂
