Waania at Trafford Ctr Rules!
Waania served us (at the Trafford Centre store) and was smashing. Informative, helpful, friendly... The whole team were managing a crazy busy 'back-to-school' period efficiently and with patience. Highly recommend 🌟

Clarks, Trafford Centre.
Although the shop was very busy, the ticketing system in the Trafford Centre made queuing very efficient and we were attended to within 10 minutes. Served by Sabee who was very helpful and took her time to ensure we got the right shoe with the correct fitting.

Great service, but collect/delivery options could be better
Great service, really helpful. Didn’t have all the sizes but it is close to the start of school term. Ordered what they didn’t have - just a shame that there isn’t a next day delivery option

Been everywhere for shoes even several clarks shops and i went to the trafford centre today and ayesha amjid from the trafford centre fixed everything! I now have a very happy 12 year old with size 9 wide fitting shoes. Customer service 100%

Hoping the young girl Madison from Clark’s Trafford centre sees this review as she was a lovely girl, who is a credit to the store. Nothing was too much trouble and considering it was such a busy day she still had a smile on her face and was very professional :)

Appalling attitude from the manager…
Appalling attitude from the manager rude and inpatient, staff unsure of what's happening in the store all we wanted to do was buy some shoes. I definitely will not be shopping in this store again. The team need support and the manager (lady in her late 50's) needs a refresher in customer service!

Isobel at the Manchester Trafford…
Isobel at the Manchester Trafford centre store was absolutely amazing. We brought our 1 year old daughter for her first pair of shows and she made it such a memorable experience. Her general service as mannerisms as well as warmth towards our baby was absolute amazing. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience
