went to Trafford centre Clarks and was welcomed straight away. Then was handed to Beth who measure three of our children. She was extremely patient (with the boys as they were wiggly) and so friendly and engaging with our 4 year old. I would highly recommend coming here and ask for Beth’s help. Thanks

I came back twice to this specific store because I wasn’t comfortable with my first purchase and Lesley was so welcoming and warm she helped me decide and sorted out everything with a smile on her face ! Will definitely recommend this store to everyone

The bag is great quality and a lovely colour - really pleased with my purchase. Collected in store and staff were very efficient and polite.

Visited Clark’s in the Trafford centre with my son who has Down syndrome ( so buying shoes is an absolute struggle but today it has been changed), and we were approached by a sales associate Sana, who is an absolute credit to Clark’s, she went above and beyond to find some shoes for my little boy, as we had been to many other shops for some shoes but couldn’t find anything and on the verge of giving up but the way she interacted with him and kept him involved within the whole process was amazing, she went back and forth for different styles and sizing options, but her attitude through it all was amazing. When having a sales assistant with the right attitude just makes the whole process so much more easier. Not enough words to describe her amazing service! I hope to see her again for our next visit to Clark’s!!

We were served today by Isobel. She was very attentive, clearly knew her stuff and engaged my son in the fitting throughout. She was fabulous! Thank you!

After a problem at another shoe store, my son required a second pair of school shoes 3 days into the term. The lady at this store was great with my 15 year old son. She brought a great selection of shoes out and tried a few things to ensure my son left with the right pair of school shoes. If I ever needed school shoes again, I would definitely recommend this store and their helpfulness with providing the most appropriate shoes for my son.

We were served today by Maddison in the Trafford centre store ,she was very friendly and professional great service all around

We came in today with our two non verbal children shopping for schools shoes. We had the pleasure of being helped by Alister whose calm and professional demeanour made our experience a pleasant one. Today was the first time ever our children complied with having their feet measured. I described the kind of shoes I was looking for and Alister brought three choices of each. We were able to select the shoes completely stress free and it as high fives all round. Thank you Alister for a 5* service.
