Great experience
Kaz helped me out in finding and ordering some new shiny sandals for summertime. She personally recommended the sandals I ended up purchasing, as she owns pairs of them herself and said that they were very comfortable. She made me feel very welcome in the shop, and was very good at managing the shop floor which was a little busy when I came in.

Kaz was so helpful. She checked to see if the items I wanted were available in different sizes. she offered to order the ones that they didn’t have in store for me. She was very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. It was a great experience shopping here.

I am so grateful to Dora who attended myself and my sister on 2 or 3 occasions. She was so helpful and went the extra mile to suggest buying shoe cleaner and protector. Amazing experience will definitely shop at Clarks Kings Heath again. Kind regards Karen and Diane

I was served by Kaz today at Clark’s Kings Heath. She was a very lovely lady and assisted me to chose the right shoes for me. She was also very welcoming and friendly which makes customers want to shop more. This is how customer service should be and other shops should take example. Thank you Kaz :)

I had a lovely time picking out suit shoes for my upcoming graduation. Kaz was a great help in Kings Heath, she measured my feet and offered advice on using insoles and making the shoes fit correctly. Thank you to Kaz!!

Assistant was not at interested in selling the shoes never checked that they fitted correctly more interested in males and her nails than checking my childs feet terrible service at kings heath store.
