I was very impressed by the customer service I received at Clark’s in Kings Heath. The manager, Saif, dealt efficiently and fairly with a faulty pair of school shoes that I was returning. Would definitely recommend to others.

Brilliant help from Darya in the madness that is school shoe shopping before term. Always quality shoes from Clark’s, we’re regulars at this store.

Lewis was incredibly patient and empathetic with my 2 year old granddaughter today. He was very skilful at working out the best shoes for fit but he also took on board the importance of making sure that my granddaughter was happy with her choice - even though it meant he had to bring out about 8 pairs of shoes. The shop manager (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) was also very friendly and helpful.

Have been hunting for the Batcombe Mix GORE-TEX boots for ages and Kaz was very helpful. She found the last pair of boots in my size and was very helpful with care instructions for them.
