Went to get school shoes for my two teenagers. My daughter has wide feet but our fitter Maya was patient and persistent in helping her to find a pair that fitted, were comfortable, and that she actually liked! The shop was busy but she gave us her compete attention, so it was a successful shop. Many thanks Maya.

Went to Clarks in Kings Heath today for school shoes, lovely assistant called Manoor gave wonderful customer service today, thank you

Served by a lovely lady, isha truly made it such an experience for both my children I have never seen them so excited to buy shoes and talk to a worker the way they did with isha. Overheard another family speak about how sweet isha was with my kids and to another families child. she made it less dreadful to go school shopping with the kids, thank you to isha from kings Heath store once again lovely talking to her!

We went to look for school shoes for boys. Lewis was very helpful and have enough patience to my sons as they very hard to shop. He help us to sorted out everything very quick and I was happy to left the shop which the best choice of shoes for my sons.

We visited the Kings Heath store to buy my son school shoes this morning and were served by Manoor straight away. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained our guarantee well. My son has some sensory issues related to his feet and Manoor was very patient.
I would definitely recommend visiting the store when it's just open as I'm sure it gets busy later in the day, we were a walk-in but you can book appointments too.

Saif was the most professional person we have ever had at Clark’s, he was absolutely amazing with my two children Age 8 and 13 and had so much patience with my son Zayn, he had a great deal of kindness and knowledge. Mariam S and the lady in charge of the kings heath store were absolutely brilliant today. They helped us buy my sons school shoes and pumps. They measured his feet and checked the footwear was correct before purchasing. They informed us of all the deals that were on offer and felt that they were very professional and helpful. Thank you ladies.

I visited clarks to have my child's feet measured as I was not convinced that in a different store the previous day they had measured my child's feet correctly.
Stephen measured my child's feet and they were a different size to what I'd been told the day before in a different store. I was very pleased with Stephens Knowledge of sizing chidlrens feet and he was really helpful and friendly. He restored my confidence in clarks today, he is an asset to your team.

Gracie fitted my son’s shoes and was so lovely. Not a long wait and excellent customer service.

Visited the store in Kings Heath, Birmingham. It was not very busy and we were seen to promptly by the lovely Maya. She measured both of my sons for school shoes and was very patient with the boys asking for different things, fingers crossed they now last the school year.

We went in to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit the member of my family who had ordered them online so they gave it to us to replace for school shoes for the new year. We were helped out by one of the workers called Amelie (who had absolutely gorgeous makeup and earrings which isn't really that important to the review) and was super kind. We found the pair we wanted after trying a few and we were very happy with everything. :)

Amelie at Kings Heath branch is amazing!

Our daughter was a bit nervous going into the branch as new shoes is more of an overwhelming experience than a treat. Amelie was fantastic reassured our daughter straight away and made the whole shopping experience so easy to get through. We couldn't be happier. What ever promotions/rewards are available, they should definitely go to such a perfect transaction.

We buy shoes same place each term, by far the best visit we've had.

Made an appointment for the children to have their feet measured. Seen promptly by Amelie. Very enthusiastic and very good with the boys, especially the younger one whose attention span isnt great.
Sadly the store didnt have the shoes the boys liked, but Amelie found an alternative that the younger one was happy with.
