Megan and Robbie at the Harlow Shop are commendable. They were both very helpful, not too pushy and very knowledgable. I managed to buy what I was looking for. Thank you both :)

Megan in the Harlow Watergardens store was very pleasant and helpful today and made sure my son’s shoes were fitting properly.

I visited Clarks to buy my daughter some new school shoes. We were served immediately by Robbie who was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. He gave my daughter time to feel comfortable in her shoes and pick her favourites and to check the fitting of them.

I had an excellent service at Harlow Clarks stores. The entire team on the day were welcoming and I could see them supporting eachother and working efficiently as a team. I would like to specially appreciate Mel, for being polite and patient with me in getting me the right one based on my specific requirements. I would like to thank Mel and her team for the amazing customer service and support. Highly recommend the stores at Harlow.

Robbie in the Harlow store was amazing today. He was so helpful and thorough when getting my son’s new school shoes. Even my boy commented he’s never had a Clark’s experience like it!

Visited the Harlow store today with my Nan and was greeted by Robbie. He was very attentive and helpful throughout- checking her shoe size and then finding available options in the style and fit that she wanted. He was also very friendly and patient.

I visited Clarks at their store in the Water Gardens Retail Park in Harlow today. I have to have shoes that can take my orthotic insoles and, in the past, I've found it hard. Not today 😄! Tina served me and was immediately able to direct me to exactly the type of shoes I was after. And, better still, by luck, I managed to catch the last day of a promotion, saving 20% on the combined price of the two pairs I bought! Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience!

Served by Lewis who was really helpful, engaging with my son and generally a very friendly and knowledgable sales person.

We visited the Harlow Clarks shop today and had fantastic service from Mel.
This was a special moment buying our son's very first pair of shoes and it was made even more special with the personal, caring, knowledgeable and expert service from Mel and the great value and quality from Clarks.
It's also lovely to know that the great work of Clarks continues from when I got my first shoes.

Had a fantastic experience at Harlow store today. We were taken care of by Mel, she is an absolute credit to the store. She took time to find the most suitable shoes for my son, checking his size and requirements carefully and talking us through all the shoe options.
Mel was so helpful and honestly my son is very fussy about shoes. He left smiling and so did I! Thank you Mel!

Great design and comfort, your shoes are always very comfy and fashionable, great non fading colours, I love Clarks and the price is fair, best shoes ever! I'm never dissapointed, always buy 2-3 pairs a year. Very good quality and superior materials used.

Great online service and although it took a few days for confirmation of delivery to my chosen store it went well. My only criticism is the reception at the store on collection, not saying he was rude (he was not) but he lacked personality (my opinion). Maybe it’s me and I expect too much - but come on, just be friendly at the very least! Bottom line, I was still a paying customer……

Took goods ordered online to store, to return. Staff polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Hassle-free experience.

We walked into Clarks in Harlow Water Gardens today at 5:10pm looking for shoes for my daughter’s graduation on Monday. Mel went above and beyond to find shoes that were comfortable but looked good. She stayed late to help us after the shop closed! Mel - you saved the day and we are very happy with the shoes! Thank you so so much!

We were assisted by Robbie who went out of his way to ensure that my daughter's measurements were right. And when the shoes that we wanted weren't in the stock room, he came back with a good variety of alternatives.

Lewis A from Clarks in Harlow was fantastic. He had so much patience and was extremely friendly and made me and my little boy feel so comfortable when he was trying on his first pair of school shoes. We went to the shop to collect school shoes that we had ordered online. I asked for my son to try them on before we took them home. We then had the most helpful experience. The shoes weren't quite the right fit for him, the staff member explained why and the issues that it might cause. She quickly found us alternative shoes that would be a better fit and also checked that his trainers fit him appropriately. It was busy, but at no point did she make us feel rushed, despite the fact that I was being a bit indecisive, which helped to make me feel confident in our final choice. Her experience really showed and her manner was spot on.

Reggie from the Harlow store helped measure my little ones feet last month for their first pair of shoes. It was an easy and quick process and didn't feel pressured to buy any shoes. However, ended up buying a great light pair that my toddler finds easy to walk in!
