Robbie was amazing with my daughter. She has very narrow feet and managed to try several options. He had great knowledge of the products, material and how to measure correctly for her. He was patient and polite. I will come back

We went for a shoe fitting for my daughter today and was served by a lovely lady called Melanie B, she was amazing great service so kind to my daughter , what a lovely lady :) highly recommend.

Mel was very helpful, lovely person and a credit to the company

My wife and I visited the Harlow branch of Clarks shoes.
Clarks is always our first choice due to the outstanding quality of their product range and just as importantly the professionalism of their staff.
I was looking to purchase a pair of comfortable shoes for work and a second pair for best. We were helped by Megan the branch store manager who has a wealth of knowledge and experience with Clarks. Her advice was invaluable in choosing the best shoes for myself.
Megan made my shoe buying experience a real pleasure with her friendly personality and professionalism.
I purchased two pairs of shoes and some shoe care products.
We were so impressed by Megan that I was compelled to write this review. Clark's should be proud that they have Megan as part of their team. She is a real Star.

2nd visit to get our grandsons feet measured and purchase some trainers over a period of months.
Robbie at the Harlow store is an experienced and friendly guy and very good with a toddler!
Great customer service

We entered the store and were greeted by a Clarkes store worker called Mel. We were looking for school shoes for my 12 year old daughter and wanted to get her feet measured. Mel went above and beyond to find a suitable, stylish pair of shoes for my daughter, and Mels knowledge and expertise when measuring and fitting the shoes was exceptional. My daughter has very wide feet with a high instep, and she tends to 'scuff her feet' when she walks. Mel found shoes that supports my daughters feet and are comfortable and well fitting. I actually had tears in my eyes when my daughter did the customary 'walk up and down' as she was actually walking PROPERLY for the first time in a long time! Thank you Mel, you were amazing!

Tina and Mel prioritised my daughters flat foot, by resizing and replacing ill fitted shoes sold by a less experienced colleague. My daughter had only worn clarkes since born due to my paranoia of rubbing of feet, and it was so nice to have both ladies look after my daughter with genuine care like she was thier own child. Beautiful team @ harlow. Thank you Tina and Mel! Xx

Great experience, Robbie was really helpful with both my kids, he measured both their feet and helped select the right shoes for them, doubled checked both kids were comfortable.

Jhea and Megan served me on 2 different visits. Both were thorough with checking the fitting of both my kids as well as giving different option in shoe sizes.

Great service on shoe sizing for kids and lots of shoe styles to choose from. I booked a shoe fitting appointment for my three boys (with the twins starting school for the first time). Aisha was ever so patient and thorough, finding the best shoe size and style for each of them. So many styles are differently cut and she was great at finding the best ones for each child. Thanks!

Great customer service from Owen. Went above and beyond to help my 2 daughters to find shoes for school. Gave us plenty of options and was really friendly and knowledgable on the shoes. Extremely satisfied with the customer service!
Recommend Harlow Water Gardens store for outstanding customer service and shoes

Went to Clark’s in Harlow recently booked an appointment for daughter and niece was seen promptly. Harrison who served us was very friendly and professional and had the patience of a saint with my daughter’s feet who are hard to find shoes for because of the width and shape of her feet. Harrison explained all the all options and found the best fit for her it was a much less tread full trip then usual shoe shopping with her he made it a breeze thank you so much !

We had great customer service from Megun at the Harlow store. She made the experience of buying our daughter’s first school shoes a special one. We also felt very confident in her knowledge and making sure the shoes would fit and be comfortable. Highly recommended.

Jhea from the Harlow store was really helpful measured my toddlers feet with care and patience. Then followed up with her manager to ensure the sizing was correct! Great customer service.

Megan from the Harlow store was extremely helpful arranging a visit for my son who suffers with serve anxiety and doesn’t normally leave the house. She agreed that he could visit after the store had closed so that he would feel more comfortable, nothing was too much effort. When we visited the store she was kind and friendly did not mention my son’s anxiety which can trigger a panic attack, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Megan

I have been to different Clarks and some good some not good but this branch was the best Mel helped us to find perfect size . She was helpful, friendly and professional excellent service. 👌
