Reggie from the Harlow store helped measure my little ones feet last month for their first pair of shoes. It was an easy and quick process and didn't feel pressured to buy any shoes. However, ended up buying a great light pair that my toddler finds easy to walk in!

Had to return sandals which I purchased online. Unfortunately they were very tight across the front strap. Real shame as I loved the sandals. Return to store as they said this was the easiest and most convenient way. Returned them with no problem and money credited back to my bank the same day.

Aisha was very thorough and helpful.

Harlow Clark’s are very helpful even in the busy school holidays. Lewis A was very helpful and patient with my little girl who took up so much of his time trying on many shoes. Thank you

We had left school shoe shopping rather late and with 4 energetic children ages ranging from 10 - 5 all needing their feet measuring, Connor measured all their feet and then took the time to try and help find what I was looking for, for my children. What fantastic customer service skills this young man has. All the staff in store offered tremendous customer service in fact. Harlow will be our families Clarks of choice from now on, because of this fantastic experience.

Excellent customer service from Kiera today. She was very thorough in ensuring a good fit for my daughter’s shoes and ensured we had the right products to clean the shoes so they look nice all year. Thank you Kiera- and the manager for coming over to double check the fitting.

Just wanted to say thank you to Lewis A at the Harlow store, he was kind and patient and took his time with my son helping him trying to do his laces. Served by a lovely chap called Harry in the Harlow store, Essex. He was really helpful with shoe fitting and importantly size choice for my two boys aged 11 and 8, who can be quite picky. Really good experience.

Went into the store to find some smart black shoes for work. Was helped by Jhea who I was told worked mainly in the juniors section but did a fantastic job and was really friendly and very helpful with finding me some shoes for work. The ones we found fit nicely and at a good price and bought those. Definitely plan to shop here again in the near future as this is a really good shop.

My Husband and I have taken our daughter to the Harlow store multiple times now. Megan is always friendly, knowledgeable and gives the best advice as to what shoes to go for our toddler. Last time we ended up buying two pairs of shoes due to Megan’s friendly advice.

We will be back in the next few months for a remeasure and no doubt another pair of shoes!
