Had a fantastic experience at the Carmarthen Clarks store thanks to Sarah! She was amazing with my little one, helping us find the perfect pair of school shoes. Sarah was incredibly patient, engaging, and made what could have been a stressful experience truly enjoyable. Her knowledge and friendly approach put us both at ease, and we left with a big smile and the perfect fit! Couldn't recommend her more. Diolch, Sarah!

Gwennan and yazmin were fantastic. Amazing customer service, very helpful and welcoming. These workers were a once in a lifetime staff member, fab!

Gwennan was extremely helpful and patient with our autistic children. Carried out a measurement on both and then listened to their concerns with how the new shoes felt once tried on, and suggested changes to suit.

Great service from everyone in the store, especially from Mared who helped us in the back to school shoe rush!

Jasmine was so friendly and helpful, made the kids feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble excellent.

I went into store yesterday at Carmarthen where we were seen by Yasmin. What a helpful young lady. Really knowledgable and explained things well. My son is wide foot and she went that extra mile to tell us which shoes and trainers would be best for him etc

Visited the store at Carmarthen for flat foot insole in which I had no knowledge what size I would need in which I had excellent service from Sarah, Heledd and yazmin they measured my foot with great precision which led me to bying the correct fitting insole.

the worker pearl was so sweet. my sister is very crazy and can’t not sit still but she stayed so calm. my sister said she wants her every time since she was so gentle, sweet and patient. very good employee and i would definitely recommend

We went school shoe shopping for my 3 year old and I cannot speak highly enough of Yasmin in the Carmarthen store who helped us. My son is very busy and Yasmin was great with him. She recognised his need to explore his surroundings because he’s so inquisitive and he responded really well to her when he was trying shoes on. A very positive experience. Thank you :)

I would like to say a massive thank you to Sarah and Yasmin, we have a daughter with severe anxiety and Autism and struggles socially Yazmin was so professional in her approach towards Maia they both Yazmin and Sarah are a credit to Clarks 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 Yazmin would do great with Autistic children Amazing x

Yasmin D was excellent looking after our daughter through the shoe choosing and buying process. We all left Clarks feeling very happy.

Got seen by Yazmin in the Carmarthen branch when I took my son in to get his feet sized. Yazmin was very polite and spoke to my young son very gently and made sure he was comfortable.
Great service there, and a very warm welcome.

From a brilliant measuring last week to checking the fit when our order arrived today, Sarah at Carmarthen Clarks was absolutely fantastic! My busy toddler sat patiently and allowed her to feel his feet, which was a bit of a miracle, and she gave great advice while we were there. Thank you!
