Sarah was really nice and welcoming when I went to buy shoes for my son, unfortunately the shoes broken after a day of wearing them so I returned to store and both Sarah and Rachel were really helpful and exchanged the shoes for new ones promptly. Thank you!

Visited Clarks Carmarthen with my toddler on the off chance to have her feet measured. I didn't have long to nip in and out quickly as I had to get back to pick up my mam from the hospital. We were served by the lovely Sarah who was very good with my little girl, she came and sat on the floor infront of her and measured her feet. She made her feel at ease and spoke to her about her dolly which is always a win. We were in and out very quickly leaving me with the knowledge I needed to browse and purchase a new pair of shoes online. As I no longer have a local Clarks in my town the closest to me are over a 30 minutes drive in both directions.

Catherine couldn't do enough for me. Even tied the laces on my boots after I told her I had physical problems. Took time to make sure I was pleased with my purchase.

Gwennan helped us get my 1 year old daughter her first pair of shoes, she was great at explaining to us what would be best and showing us different shoes thank you so much for making this a stress free and easy process

I have to take the time to write this review because I am thrilled with the service I received at the store in Carmarthen. I find buying shoes normally stressful and difficult but because of the help I received it was stress free and I am delighted with my new shoes. The lady who serves me was polite, very professional and in my opinion went the extra mile and seemed to really enjoy helping and serving customers. She was very friendly and I didn’t feel awkward trying on different style shoes to find the right fit for my feet. I was helped today by a lady called Catherine. The other member of staff I also noticed was happy and helping other customers so I will definitely go to this store again. Thank you so much

in the last week I have had two occasions to take back shoes that I bought over the internet to our local branch of Clarks in Carmarthen. On Monday I arrived just before their closing time (4.50) but Heledd was absolutely great, very patient, very friendly and very efficient. On Friday with a repeat performance, Sarah and Rachel were equally efficient, helpful and friendly and processed my returns quickly. Sarah patiently explored alternative options with me, and I left the shop feeling that my opinion mattered, even though on this occasion I had not bought anything. What brilliant staff they have in this branch. I'll be back.

We visited this week to buy shoes for my toddler. Sarah is a joy! She's so knowledgeable in her field and made the whole experience a breeze.

Clarks - please listen to Sarah's concerns about the lack of active style shoe with a flexible sole for girls. We did find a suitable shoe for my daughter, but while browsing the whole range it was shocking to see the outdated and impractical style of school shoe on offer for girls. We like to kick balls and climb things too, you know!

5 stars for Sarah. Shoe designers - must try harder.
