Want to give a big shout out to Sarah in the kids section. Very knowledgeable, bubbly, helpful, smiley. As someone who suffers with anxiety it was a breath of fresh air to be in such a comfortable and friendly environment. It really made my shopping experience. I will definitely be revisiting. There are not many stores in carmarthen where you are greeted by a lovely young lady called Sarah. She was absolutely amazing with my grand daughter who is only 16 months. She's very knowledgeable and with her advice I bought a lovely pair of well fitting shoes. When I left something behind she managed to phone me through my email address not long after I left . I wonder how many other stores would take their time to do this! Clarks you are very lucky to have Sarah!!

Fantastic help from staff at the Carmarthen store (Sarah & Rachel) in buying my daughter some decent walking shoes. They really went above and beyond to find a shoe that not only fit but felt comfortable, including searching adult and online options. I find this the most reliable place to get feet measured too

Went into the store to purchase some shoes. Was served by Sarah G who couldn't have been more helpful. I left with one pair with another pair to be sent to my h/a. She's a credit to the company. Well done.

Jaime provided us with excellent service when shopping for our daughter’s very first pair of school shoes. Extremely kind and caring and looked after us really well.

Had an issue with my daughter’s new shoes rubbing. Took them back to the Carmarthen store to exchange them. Absolutely amazing service from Rachel, who was so good with my my very shy daughter and helped her pick out a new pair of shoes that fit correctly. Nothing was too much trouble. Also special thanks to the manager Katherine, who was also extremely helpful. So impressed with the customer service and will definitely be back to buy school shoes. Thank you both!

We purchased new shoes at the Carmarthen store. It is so, so good to be able to purchase half sizes! It would seem to be that Clarks is the only shoe shop doing this. The member of staff, Sarah, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. Customer service at its best.

Brilliant experience with Sarah in the Clarks Carmarthen. She was brilliant with our daughter, and spent time working with us to find the right fit which can be challenging with her insoles. She was so helpful, engaging and funny and we actually really enjoyed our experience shopping! It’s our second time taking our daughter to this store and we went back just for Sarah, and definitely will be again :)!

A very pleasant and rewarding shopping experience. Sarah and Catherine were excellent, friendly and helpful, guiding me when I wasn't certain what shoes I needed to accompany the suit I would be wearing for my son's wedding. Their selection is very good as is the quality of the shoes and the advice they gave me on care of the leather. I will be buying more shoes at Clark's although the nearest shop is 45 mile from where I live.

We needed a new pair of shoes for our autistic son. The staff, Sarah Rachel and Jaime were all very friendly and helpful, measuring his feet, suggesting various styles without shoelaces, and making sure they were a good fit. He has always struggled with shoes, but has been very happy with this pair.

We visited Clarks - Carmarthen yesterday to buy a new pair of trainers for my daughter & we had such a wonderful experience!

Our salesperson, Sarah G, was absolutely lovely. She made the whole visit so enjoyable & really engaged with my daughter. She even compared the trainer colours to Frozen (we’re huge Disney fans!), which made my daughter’s day.

Sarah also did the shoe “pull test,” which both my daughter & I found very effective & very funny! It really reassured us that we were choosing the right fit🤣 I hope they sell the trainers in your size soon!
