The click and collect order was supposed to be ready to collect in 2-4 hours same as advertised on the checkout page.

I came on the next day of placing the order at 2.52 pm still the order ( order placed 8.20 am) wasnt ready. The store person picked up items for me while i went to the store which is a pain as i have a 18 month old with me so its very difficult to shop in the store as she pulls stuff from the rack.

Its an absolute disappointment to have gone through this!

A click and collect order which should have taken 2 mins to collect took 15 mins or even more with a toddler who was absolutely restless by the end of that visit.

Most importantly 2 out of 4 items ( the fast selling items) i did not get and was offered refund as they were out of stock on the shop floor. Absolutely useless!!

I ordered in November a couple of items worth £70. I included postage insurance too. After at least 20 emails each way, I still don't have the clothes or the once confirmed refund. The website is also unavailable. Should have looked here first. What can be done?

Agree - company is a complete scam - paid for jumper in Nov 24 which never arrived - can’t see how to get refund. Advertised via social media so more should be done to stop this advertising

Purchased two pairs of boots totalling £109.80 one pair for myself and another as a gift for a friend. Paid with credit card on 16th Feb 2025, after clicking on pay now I was taken from one website Taylor & Robinson over to Claire-London. Tracking provided by YunExpress in China. Payment on my statement was taken by ILC Beauty Ltd, Hong Kong. The courier website looked fake, as the shipment was still processing and hadn't changed. This was absolutely a scam. Money chargeback complete today. My research on Companies house showed that Claire London is a Director whose offices are in Glastonbury, Somerset. How these frauds sleep at night is beyond me. If you are thinking of purchasing anything from any of the above names, take my advice and avoid.

This company is a total scam. I ordered goods on 25 November and still no goods. They write syrupy apologies with no follow-up action. I don't believe I will ever receive my goods and have lost my money.

Huge scam - placed an order back in November for a couple of jumpers and have been chasing them ever since. Have not received the clothes or my money as a refund. Do not order anything with them.

BIG SCAM 😖 I placed an order for just over £135 back in November 2024. I have sent out multiple emails to the company and got a few generic responses back. Since the last two emails I have not received any response.
This is a HUGE scam and I have no idea why they get away with this. I have also reported the company online and initiated a fraud complaint.
Sadly, it won’t get me my money back, but hopefully after reading this it will save others from being scammed.

Shocking Scam. They send clothing that bears no resemblance to what is on website and is literally falling apart. They bamboozle you with bot customer service emails which make no sense. Then when you pursue them through credit card company they submit evidence of delivery and fabricate e-mails which try and show you've ignored them. Scam. Why doesn't UK government close these clowns down instead of policing tweets?

Have emailed many times and now no longer getting a response. Do not fall for this shit!

Scammers! Four months later no product and no refund.

The clothes looked good in the photos, story about having to close down so everything was marked down. Appeared to be London based so I ordered 3 items at the end of November to give as gifts for Christmas. Two weeks in and nothing. I checked on the tracking. It was coming from China! but no date given and still in prep stage. I emailed them and they assured me that it would be in time for Christmas and often the tracking is a few days behind. Christmas came and went and I wanted a refund. Amazingly the tracking was now showing in transit so as it was in transit they couldn't arrange a refund but if I didn't like them I could return them (yeah, right). Mid January my son suggested I used chargeback. I hadn't heard of this service so contacted my credit card provider and made a claim. Not that long after they ruled in my favour and returned all my money saying the vendor had 30 days to appeal it. Well, they haven't and lesson learned - check the reviews. So if you're still waiting contact your back and ask for a chargeback providing copies of any emails.

Ordered in November 2024 and despite several emails and the occasional response from Claire London I’ve yet to receive anything or receive a refund.

I do now believe it was a scam and will never order like this again.

Instagram should not allow adverts from sellers or I should say scammers like this!

I wish could give 0 stars I believe this to be fraud the quality is really poor I returned items to China in November still no refund and now goods have come back as unclaimed by company
Do not use this company

The first review was justified, just had a sip of a fine latte whilst waiting to board my plane in Munich. Although five minutes have passed, I thought it best to still consider your company a total shitshow.

Same story, ordered in November 24, took my money and nothing arrived. No response. They have now changed their name to Taylor & Robinson, but it's the same scammers. Do not order from. Them !

I believe this to be a scam. Same as everyone else goods ordered in November 24 and have never arrived and cannot get refund. The link now goes through to taylorandrobinson.com.
Funny coincidence since the purchase I have received many scam calls. I believe they are just collecting data for crime. I have reported to action fraud, suggest everyone else does the same.

I paid for a jumper in December that has never arrived and I have asked for a refund several times. This place is a scam.
