Please do not buy,dreadful clothing,they look like a sack,with seams that shouldn't be.looks like a 5 year old has made the dress

Not as pictured one layer of material not two cheap and nasty Pattern is faded

Took 12 days to arrive. When it did was a very odd size. Short arms. Short body but very wide. Terrible materials with a random badge in the front that relates to nothing. Advertised as Calira London but I suspect it came direct from China.
Avoid at all costs.

If I could relate it with no stars I would. The quality of the dress was cheap and tacky and looked nothing like the dress on the website. Then they tell you the item needs to be sent back to China even though they advertise they are in London. Then they say you can keep this rubbish item and they will give you 20% of the refund

The order took over two weeks to arrive. The quality of the shoes I ordered was poor, unfinished edges and badly fitting lining. I had to chase my order.
I did not read the returns policy; everything needs shipping back to Asia so the cost is extortionate. This was my mistake though as the company make you aware when you read the returns. However this is just to make others aware.
I have given 2 stars as the company was good in responding to questions about where my order was.

this company advertises on INSTAGRAM - they are a totally fraudulant setup and should be avoided at all costs! the goods i thought i'd purchased have never arrived and they have had the cheeck to offer to refund me 50% of the dicounted price HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH 'CLAIRE LONDON' or 'CLAIRE BERKSHIRE' - look at the reviews on line which i have done, sadly too late

How I wish I had read these reviews first and not been daft enough to order from this company. I ordered one and they charged me for, and sent, two. What I got, eventually, were a sad parody of the item pictured. I returned them to the return address (in Swindon) on the package. Royal Mail confirmed delivery on 11th August and I am still waiting for a refund (29th August)- not expecting to get one! To be on the safe side I have cancelled my bank card and got a new one.

I have had 20 emails to date. Their offer of a refund began at 20% and is currently at 35%. I am so far £48 out of pocket but am prepared to pay whatever is necessary to shut this company down.
I have involved customs but wondered if there is anyone else prepared to join me in my campaign? This is no longer about the money but is about helping other customers not to make the same mistakes I have. I've instructed legal advice and wish to support anyone in the same situation.
Social media is an advocate in positive situations and I firmly believe this company need to realise we've had enough!

I sent for a dress as illustrated but a poor copy was sent from China not UK.When I wanted to return it it was £16 to China. they offered 20% refund only and me to pay to return it.i would like to send photos but unable to for some reason.I should have read the reviews as this is criminal behaviour.I have talked with my bank who are in a dispute with the company.Do not buy from them as they are breaching the trades description act but as all dealings are in China the same rules may not apply.I would not dream of giving charity the item sent to me as it would be awful to think this is only good enough for those on a budget.It is parcelled up for C and C to collect or send me free return labels as promised,I have reported this company to Watchdog but they may already have challenged them.They need prosecuting as this is criminal,they have a right scam going on.

Dreadful company. Gave me an address in China to return items which I did & insisted they pay postage. They said refund would be processed on receipt.
6 months later the Post Office returned as unable to deliver. Contacted asking for refund and alternative address

This is not a UK based company! I ordered a dress and tried to return it as it was shocking quality. They ignored my request for return details and refunded 20%.

Dress nothing like order. Fabric supposed to be cotton-linen but actually 95% polyester 5% spandex!! Looks absolutely awful and I have requested an immediate refund. Really wish I had read reviews before ordering but will not make the same mistake again.

Goods not received after two weeks plus. I have very unwisely responded to their online ads. Clearly not based in London. Appalling customer service. Very unhappy

Claims to be established in London. It's fake comes from China. Waited 4 weeks so far for my order. Glad I only ordered 1 item. Should not be allowed to post fake information.

I have received my order from Chester & Claire London which is another name for this company. They are NOT based in UK, orders instead coming from some outback in China. The goods are nothing like the picture or description. It is a complete rip off.

Hair band broke the next day i bought it (at Swan center Eastleigh store), same thing with the last hair clips i bought there, total waste of money! They should do better.

Do not buy from this company, it is a scam. I never received the goods but luckily my credit card company returned the money

Exactly like all the other reviews here. Placed an online order for Christmas present- never arrived. Initially some correspondence and a tracking number given but all communication now disappeared. Money lost and no way to get a refund. A total scam.

Ordered in November 2024 but quickly realised the company was not as described. Long story of emails to cancel, find out where order was etc etc. fobbed of constantly. In the end I got a refund via my bank who then chase the money from the company. Avoid at all cost in my opinion.

I doubt if this company exists. I ordered 2 x jumpers which never arrived. I have asked them many times to send the products that I ordered and paid for. The replies are automatic and the company has now changed its name. They stole my money and have never sent any clothes. I think it is a scam.

Why are they still allowed to advertise.
