Only gave one star because there isn't a no star option. Complete rip off. Order in November, had nothing. Fob off e-mails. Avoid

Ordered a jumper early November. It has not arrived. Their website must be a scam. Thought of contacting RIP Off Britain as I’ve been ripped off.
I’ve been asking for a refund since December but had no luck. They took my money very quickly. What can I do about this????

Ordered jumpers end Oct. One finally arrived 3 weeks late. Second one didn't. It finally arrived in Jan. I have being trying to return it, but they are liars and keep making ridiculous excuses about staff issues. They do not read the emails. I have exchanged 87 emails with them and still no money back. Now claiming it from my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are thieves.

This website is a scam. Please report to HMS and police.

Scammer!! I can't believe that I fell for this one. All of the replies were done by ChatGPT. Have reported to my bank and hope to get my money back.

This is a scam website and modus operandi is very simple.
Take payments for orders and do not deliver anything.
They keep coming up with a reason for the delay without an actual date for the delivery.

What scammers!!
I brought 2 jumpers that did arrive but very poor quality not fit for perpase. I paid to return them 2 months ago, and finally realise they never had any intention of paying me back, so NO refund and wasted money in return postage. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

100% concur with all the other reviews. These are crooks. Ordered jumper end of November 2024, have written several chasing emails, to be fobbed off every time. Do not order

SCAM Same as all of the others. Ordered 16th Nov, nothing received. Emailed several times. Tracking info not updated, excuses made that is is not working properly which is when I realised it's a scam & this confirms it! Put a claim in to Paypal so fingers crossed I get a refund. Ironically also paid for shipping protection.

Complete scam. Sofia keeps saying on it’s way and provides false tracking. Reported to PayPal who refunded my money. Feel stupid for falling for Facebook ad.

Do not 'buy' from this company under any circumstances - they have had my money since 25 november and delivered nothing. 'Sofia' from customer services sends patronising platitudes in response to all queries and no action

I echo every other one star review. I ordered 18 Nov but have received nothing apart from numerous lies about my order being on the way. I saw a TV programme about scammers harvesting email, physical addresses, phone numbers and all card information including expiry date for selling to even more scammers. I have since visited my bank and they have stopped my credit card (for reissue) and changed my bank account number as a precaution . All a lot of trouble and expense to fill the pockets of ruthless thieves.
This is the first and last time I will ever buy anything offered for sale on Facebook which is a shame for honest sellers but necessary. If anyone knows how to alert Facebook about this company and take them down I would be grateful

The jumper ordered for Christmas still not arrived. Apparently it’s still in the post! As everyone else has said …..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a lovely jumper middle of November. It came up on my delivery app ‘shop’ but then after a few wks it disappeared. I’ve been emailing them, ‘Sofia kept telling me it would arrive but now nearly two months later…nothing. This is a scam!!! Do not trust!!

Wrote again no change. Still no goods received. CLARE customer support have said the goods are in the way but tracking says they don't have the goods.
I have asked for a refund because I have bought other cold weather goods. 11 weeks since I ordered. Not good customer service. Not good truthful communication.

I placed my order on 18th of November. Nothing has arrived so far, almost 2 months later.

Sadly I echo ALL of the reviews on this scam company. WHY OH WHY doesn’t Facebook, and any other platform that gives them the freedom to scam people. REMOVE their ads?

I understand it is a game of whack a mole and they’ll just reappear somewhere else. BUT we have all identified them as a scam and no one but us seems to care.

Worst company I’ve dealt with. They lie in a credible way, with mountains of excuse.
I kept writing & getting no meaningful response…. Just shipped and no idea when. They claim 7-14 days for delivery. 6 week
I got my money back from my card as I raised this a scam/fraud

SCAM!! Theft and fraud! Do not buy at all costs! Returned goods to never receive a refund as they were unable to deliver!
