Would give 0 star if was allowed

Would give 0 star if was allowed. Second bad experience in as many orders. This is supposed to be a fast, convenient service. This time my order wasn’t even sent to the supermarket! Got cancelled, I placed an order with Woosh (Tesco’s) and it was by the door in 14 minutes

Ett otroligt otrevligt kundbemötande när man påtalar att man har fått helt fel rätt (någon sunkig curryrätt istället för kycklingspett med jordnötssås). De ville inte ersätta maten mot det jag hade beställt från början. Istället erbjöd de halva priset på en valfri rätt nästa gång jag beställer. Deras ”100% nöjd kund-garanti” innebär alltså att jag får betala 150% av maten som jag beställde, om jag vill kunna äta det jag beställde. Jag kommer aldrig köpa mat på ChopChop igen.

Var på besök på nyöppnade resturangen i Barkarby/Stockholm.
Trångt på parkeringen vilket man kan acceptera då dom haft öppet 1 vecka. Rent och frächt men.
Dom kan inte läsa, beställde en måltid där jag beställde krossade jordnötter till. Väl hemma upptäcker jag att INGA jordnötter finns. Väldigt dåligt när det även står på kvittor.

Never came…

Placed order got delivery time and was cancelled after 2 hrs. Untill then it was saying order being picked .
Terrible service only knew cancelled when my bank app alerted me to payment reversed, then an email 10 mins later , ordered testosterone whoosh and was here in 15 ..never again sainsbury

Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time. Still waiting for a chop chop order placed via Sainsbury’s app 2hrs ago. Got a text from courier (Just Eat) and they cancelled within about 30mins of placing order. Their text advised to call sainsburys directly. Did this and sainsburys said order is packed and waiting to be picked up. 30 mins later still no update. Called Sainsbury’s again and they said the order is still there but is getting picked up in 10 mins. Order still hasn’t arrived 45mins later. Won’t be using again.

Unaccountable failure, time after time.

You've better odds of winning a coin toss than getting a Chop Chop order delivered. Completely unreliable service with basically no accountability. The order sits in the app as accepted, but nothing happens after that. The delivery time will come and go, forcing you to waste time going through their support process. It feels like Chop Chop exists outside of their normal business, and they just throw their hands up as if to say "that's Chop Chop for ya". So basically:
- Order accepted but never collected / delivered
- No comms from Sainsbury's to keep me informed
- Forced to waste time going through Support queues to find out what's happening
- Told it's cancelled, and that if I want the items I need to order again. Why? Why can't you just reporocess the order correctly for me?

It's an absolute farce of a "service".

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! Don't bother ordering with this service. The only thing 'chop chop' was the speed with which they took my money! Part of the order was cancelled without notice or notification. The items that were sent cost less than the delivery charge. Waited 30 minutes to speak to a disinterested person. After another 15 mins of back and forth, they eventually agreed to refund the delivery charge. Much to my exasperation (but not totally unsurprising given the poor experience) no voucher came through. So I spent another 30+ minutes trying to get through to someone. So far I have been cut off and am now on an eternal hold.... Shame on you Sainsburys.

Dont waste your time!

Im sat here in 38 degrees with a 2 week old baby.
I had a c-section so i am umable to drive or get to a shop.

I desperately need nappies, water and wipes, i ordered a chop chop delivery at 2.11pm, it keeps being delayed, but its ok, its coming.

At 4.27pm i recieve a text to say its cancelled!!!!! No reason, no way to contact them, im screwed!!!

Happily taken my money thouhh havent they. Cant get that back as im on the phone to them now which is just a series of automated answering machines.

First time order

First time order, delivered to completely the wrong addres (like in another town). Telephone support is dire, no goods, 1.5 hours wasted trying to sort it and now got to wait weeks for the refund. @ Sainsbury, you need to use better partners @ Cho Chop, seriously, you will go bankrupt if you dont sort this. PS and BTW, we are NEVER using you again, Fec*in-yeeedyots

Terrible service & overpriced - don't bother

Don't bother even trying to use this service. Advertised as delivered in an hour or less - still waiting for my order after an hour and a half, only for the order status to then be changed to cancelled. No explanation, no way of getting help or information, total waste of time. Items also well over their usual price. Would give 0 stars if I could.

First time using

First time using. Absolutely disgusted. They canceled the order 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. After a trip to A&E and too ill to shop, I now have no dinner.

Jag beställde en kombo och upptäckte…

Jag beställde en kombo och upptäckte direkt att riset var hårt och inte färdig kokt. Jag gick då till kassan och förklarade detta en kvinna längre bort i kassan frågade då vad jag sa och eftersom det var väldigt mycket ljud där och jag dessutom har en hörselnedsättning så förstod jag att hon inte hörde mig så jag försökte höja rösten för att förklara då fick jag en oförskämd kommentar från killen i kassan att jag inte skulle skrika å trots att jag förklarade min hörselnedsättning och att det var mycket ljud så höjde han bara på ögonbrynen. När jag då fick ny mat så upptäckte jag att peppar biffen jag beställde var kall men då gav jag upp och gick inte fram igen. Detta var den 14/6 -26.

Stay away from them, poor quality

If there was a zero, I would put a zero. I ordered chop chop as I am recovering after surgery and I really wanted fruits. Fruits came with expire date on the day of delivery and they were looking poor. And that's the whole point of my order and paying delivery fee and meeting minimum basket. I also ordered nuts and they brought me wrong nuts. But the worst part started later - they customer service is very poor. I had to call 5 times to get refund! They just promise but neither confirmation email or refund itself never comes. After 5 calls refund arrived but not full. I am honestly shocked by such poor service in London. Stay away from them!!!

Just awful from start to finish

Just awful from start to finish. App doesn't work properly, when finally put an order through it hasn't turned up despite chasing twice. Ordered at 4pm now 6.30pm. No delivery updates. Will be sticking with Tesco in future.

Appalling service

Appalling service. This service is not fit for purpose. Rude delivery people who can’t seem to find my house and who threaten to cancel your delivery. I had my delivery cancelled on 6th May and I have only just received a refund. Customer service is non existent and my query never resolved after numerous phone calls to complain. They’ve now given me a £10 voucher for my trouble ( after I pushed it!) Sainsbury’s hang your head in shame! Chop Chop should be given the chop. I’ll never use them again!
