For the first time I ordered a suite and it was delivered on time. Suite is beautiful and very comfy. Price was very good thank you so much.

I would give a 0 if i could. The rudest and most intimidating company I have EVER dealt with.

Very sarcastic and belittling.

Please do not make my mistake and go purely off of the FB and Insta - they have no reviews on those for a REASON!!!! Check google and it will change your mind and I have now experienced this myself.

From the first time I contacted Chelsea furnishings to the delivery of my sofa the service was spectacular! Ordered the Brooklyn left hand corner sofa in Monaco Grey with advise from the sales rep to help match the rest of our home and so pleased we did! This is by far the best quality sofa we have ever had, they are definitely built to last, far superior than the sofas we’ve had before from your larger more well known companies. Could not fault and when I’m needing another new furnishing I know where I’ll be going!

Do not buy from here extremely poor customer service delivered damaged chair then had the nerve to say its damaged from me spend your money elsewhere WASTE OF TIME imagine i called several times just been referred to the warranty procedure bearing in mind I contacted them the very next day as no one could sit in the sofa then they sent the delivery man too see what happened they saw the screws kept falling out and rescrew them a tad higher the pile wood is absolutely cheap and crap thin and cheap in no time as the screws are loose again it will fall apart DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THE AFTER CAREXIS CRAP!!!!

My mums sofa delivered as agreed. I love the design because it matches with what I projected.

One star is far to high, only want your money then and happy to leave you waiting.
Bad customer care awful delivery company they use, lie constantly. Never really know the whereabouts of your item. Only when it finally arrives to be missing parts and definitely not worth money. 100% there are far nicer small Businesses to buy from. Don’t waist your time or money. Buy better because Chelsea is not worth the paper it’s written on

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 'COMPANY'-
Back in January 2020 I was delivered an incorrect sofa (the corner was on the right not the left)- so we refused the delivery. We received another sofa in February 2020 this time with two large holes in the fabric & very poor stitching which has now resulted in holes throughout the sofa.
The customer team are shocking & never give any reassurance as to getting this solved. They told me they would replace the faulty, damaged sofa but 8 months later I am still waiting on when/IF this will happen.

PLEASE spend your money elsewhere! I wish I had seen the bad reviews before purchasing!

I have recently received my beautiful table and sofa. After much head scratching i settled on a design i was very happy with. The whole team was very helpful and professional. They helped me with my choices as I'm not really great with interior design. I would highly recommend Chelsea for any bespoke furniture needs. Thank you so much for your help. Great team, great service and a really competitive price.

So after reading the reviews, we were slightly dubious! But after a long phone call, took the plunge, £2800 worth of suite. Corner suite, 4 seater, single seat, footstool, coffee table.
Paid half deposit, told 45 days until delivery.
Had to contact them as had an empty lounge and an unexpected wake fall on us, they sped it along, paid the balance! Still a little worried about the order. Contacted by their delivery company ASB who were excellent and delivered on time.
Suite is excellent quality looks fantastic, we are both very happy. So just wanted to balance the books By giving 5 stars as could not fault anything.

Ordered my furniture and kept getting given excuses as to delay. I was due to receive my sofa beginning of August but wasn’t even in production then was end of August and no correspondence from them. AVOID. I have been ripped off by £1195

To be honest if all had gone to plan it would have been 5 stars, but I had a problem with delivery only letting me know it was going to be delivered the evening before delivery, then when it showed up half of my sofa was wrong and was not what I ordered yes they did correct it but only after I sent numerous photos. Also my seating cushions don’t sit flush to my sofa or chair they over hang by like 10cm I did email them about this but they chose to ignore me on that one and after the poor making on the sofa they only give me £50 after spending £1300 on the sofa set and it not being made properly to measure I think is a joke, so I would say avoid getting a made to measure sofa as you will be very disappointed and frustrated at how much you pay for it.
