Perfect service provided by this company. The young gentleman who came home was perfectly in time, polite and smiley, and her even removed his shoes as soon as he came in. Job perfectly done in less than 10 minutes. Thanks

Reece carried out my alarm maintenance service this morning. I received a reminder 24 hours prior to the appointment, he was on time, charming, polite and professional and kept me informed at every stage of what he was doing and gave me detailed information on my battery life. I recommend Reece highly.

Great service
Reece arrived on time, was very polite, and efficiently carried out the service. He explained to me an App that permits remote monitoring of the alarm system, and will send me further details. A positive experience!

Security Review

Great experience
I have used Direct Security for several years. Reece my regular engineer is cheerful, friendly, polite, patient and is very knowledgeable with regard to answering any alarm related questions I may have. He always takes his shoes off when he comes into my house, which I find particularly endearing as it shows the respect he has for peoples home. Reece is an asset to the company.

Cost of batteries for Wireless System excessive
Although the service guys are very efficient, the prices they charge for the batteries for WiFi systems is nothing short of a rip off. At least a 100% markup (14 batteries at £83)
Bearing in mind this is on top of the Service charge !
I have questioned this cost but feel it is really excessive

Reece arrived on time and was polite, professional and courteous. The service was thorough and Reece answered all my questions, demonstrating a great knowledge of the equipment and how it operates. We have been with Direct Security for nearly 20 years now and can thoroughly recommend them.
