Honestly can not give Chelsea furnishings enough credit from start to finish.. always happy to update, answer questions about anything and the delivery service was amazing the 2 men who delivered my sofa were so lovely and respectful took their shoes off without me even asking them very considerate would highly recommend Chelsea furnishings to family & friends and the quality of the sofa is incredible!! 🥰 so happy I choose to buy my sofa from here am certainly not Disappointed! Thanks guys💖

From the moment I placed my order to the moment I received my sofa was smooth,professional and without problem. Nothing was too much trouble. Constant contact with not only Chelsea furnishings but with the delivery company. My sofa is very well made. It was very well packed for transit and very professional on delivering the sofa into the right position in my house. Amazing quality will 100% be recommending and using again myself,

True to their word of 28 days delivery, friendly staff and kept us informed. We were worried as we hadn’t seen the sofa we chose or sat on it as we live so far away from the showroom but thrilled to bits with it!

I bought a sofa about 3 years ago from this company. The quality was good but staff a different matter. A guy named Nathan and some young lass were very flirtatious with each other, to the extent it was clear they were a couple. When I went to ask them some questions they quite rude, if it wasn't for Kirsty being apologetic, and extremely professional I could easily have walked out. The sofa was good quality but the wife wants a change so we popped back in a couple of weeks ago and low and behold the young lass is still there! Thankfully, no sign of Nathan but unfortunately no Kirsty either. We had a look round and the young girl came up to us and was quite pushy with the way she spoke to us, we asked her to give us a few minutes to have a look round. When we were ready, we had to go to the office to find her (the door was open) where she was lets say 'otherwise occupied'. They were both embarrassed to say the least. We said we'd leave them to it and call in another time (no we wont!) She did call after us but it was too late.

Great personable service from order to delivery. Sofas and coffee table look great and are really good quality.

Where do I start with this so-called company that’s been renamed under 'companie house' 6 times may I add if you look, these other negative reviews I wish I did listen to, as mine regarding them is no different.
This is nowhere near the full extent of what happened it spanned over weeks an weeks of back and forth emails they had my money paid in full and my returned sofa for all this time I pointed out I have 2 disabled children and need my sofa back asap to sit on of course and they basically stole my money refusing to give me it back for weeks as I asked for a few pictures of the repairs they done to be sent to me as proof (within my consumer rights) and they refused? Saying is the fact they said its done ‘not good enough’.. I mean come on? So rude its crazy to think a company would do this.
The rudest staff member Jackie Regan I have ever had the misfortune to speak to needs a name mention here, as well of course the manager himself, the main ‘wet-wipe’ of a man “James” who I asked to speak to more than 10 times on emails and he actively avoided them he even admitted to after he finally called me with the threat of trading standards to him on email.
He said he felt ‘this situation has been handled badly and doesn’t know how to solve it’ (simple James give me my sofa fixed or my money? ZERO respect!) no apology was given by him and no good will gesture for original issues with sofa, the hassle of all this, and the most important the theft of my money not given to me weeks later, also I’ll point out they expect you to keep the sofa originally after it being soaked in lashing down rain and be OK with that (see pictures i have 15 of them for a claims court) I could go on and on but these bad reviews left speak for themselves, I have heard 3 of the 5-star ones left are friends of his to so take that into consideration!
Another bit of advice I originally said to Marie the sales lady we designed our sofa with your google reviews are not the best? Her reply to that was ‘oh that’s a disgruntled customer out to get us’, shame on me for believing that one, low google review ratings speak volumes and anything under a 4 or 4.5 you should avoid really?
This company has a very low score, so buy at your peril, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!

I went to see their showroom and met Georgia. She was really good at her job and explained everything really well from start to finish. Credit to the company.

Was a little bit cautious after reading some reviews so took a trip to the store and loved the sofa range that much that I but the bullet and ordered.

I can say with confidence that from start to finish, the process was a very pleasant one. Any questions were answered quickly either by telephone or email. The sofa was delivered ahead of time with once again, very helpful delivery staff who carefully placed my sofas where i wanted them taking any wrapping with them.

Thank you so much, love my sofa and that I have it in time for Christmas.

The girls at Chelsea furnishing have been extremely helpful everytime I've had contact with them. They have offered friendly options & advise on my order.

I should have avoided this company,so i recently bought a sofa off these people,according to their website it clearly stated that delivery would cost £69 but right after paying the lady put on the order form £100 for delivery, i phoned her immediately and ask why was it £100 for delivery of which she said oh i only put that as a maximum fee, and that when the sofa gets delivered it would be £69. Mind you on the website site my city is £69. delivery day came and i was charged £100, so i called them back and was told by another rude lady saying some part of my city is charged at £100 even if their website never stated this, she then said to me if you don’t want the sofa! refuse delivery, this is after waiting for 5weeks. I have email the company asking for my delivery refund but up until today there have choose to ignore me…so i have decided to open a small claims proceeding against the director martin, the company is a scam, there have a map on the website stating how much a delivery would cost to different part of the country but they would do their best to scam as much of you and them tell you refuse delivery or simply just ignore you, but am sure there have meant there match this time, i have the directors full name and address, would update how it goes, THE COMPANY SHOWS AS DISSOLVED ON THE GOV WEBSITE BUT STILL YET THERE STILL TRADING…

I purchased a sofa from Chelsea Furnishings around 3 years ago. It was a 2 and a 3 seater chesterfield sofa in silvery grey with a matching pouffe. The sale went well but on receipt, the pouffe was much taller than the seat of the sofa. The sofa is of awful quality i am unable to remove the cushion
covers as the stuffing is lose inside so it is a nightmare to clean and i can now feel the springs in the seats of the sofas. I can’t believe i spent nearly £2000 on this junk. Please save your money and go elsewhere. The sofas are just too pricey to not be able to withstand the test of time.

Chelsea furnishings were amazing from start to finish and I am so happy with my new corner sofa bed!

Received my 3&2 seater sofa last week And could not be happier with it, the material is lovely and with a 1year old And a dog, it’s great!! Also it’s very comfy I went for the deluxe cushion And highly recommend doing this!! So comfy and when you have been sat on it cushion stay the same when you get up,,great no more plumbing cushion!! All the staff very friendly and help full, advised me from to start to finish, I have just put in another order for a coffee table just to finish my look of my lounge off, can’t wait for it to arrive 😊
