Whether it's plumbing or electrical works everyone is helpful, courteous and efficient and the work carried out is neat and tidy. From the people in the office to those who come out to do the work. We have been happy customers since we came into the local area 5 years ago and are very happy to recommend.

Martyn and the CPH team couldnt be more helpful or professional. I have used them on a number of occasions now in relation to my oil-fired central heating and hot water system. its an old system, and not the easiest layout; but they always seem to find the problem and rectify it. Possibly not the cheapest, but you expect to pay a bit more for quality; which they alwasy deliver. They are reliable, and keep you fully informed at all times. I couldnt recommend them more.

I cannot speak highly enough of Martyn and the CPH team having recently employed their services to install a Worcester Bosch ‘Style’ condenser boiler in my home. From the initial site visit and guidance with the replacement to installation and testing, just faultless from start to finish! Further communications via phone and email were clear, concise and professional going so far as to provide an end of day update call via the onsite engineer informing me of the work undertaken and next steps, all while keeping any mess to a minimum. Optional extras such as a Magnetic filter, Intelligent Filling System, Nest thermostat and heated towel radiator were all offered but never pushed. I’ll certainly be a returning customer for services and any other related work while wholeheartedly recommending to family and friends. To all the team at CPH, thank you for a great experience!

Can't see myself calling anyone else now. One thing I queried before the work was that the price was a bit steep but I had used a plumber prior to calling Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating who were much cheaper but the quality was horrendous and I couldn't get them back. I was very clear with Martyn that if that is the price I expect the quality and if there is an issue I would be expecting a quick response to get it sorted. We agreed the price which was for taps to be changed, new pinch grip for shower, re-plumbing of under kitchen sink as had an existing leak, re-set bath and shower screens and Martyn also upsold me a quite expensive accumulator as I mentioned when I have more than one tap running the power drops significantly so we could never run a bath and shower at the same time which with two kids and more demand for multiple water supplies running at the same time wasn’t ideal.

They sent Will who was outstanding. Really nice guy and most of this work was quite awkward but he just got on with it and didn't stop for two days. The quality of the install and the way he went about his day was top draw and I was very happy. He was tidy also, taking all rubbish with him and sweeping up any mess.

This next bit is what sets them apart, late into the evening a slight leak occurred which Will would never have seen as it didn't start until the evening but it was on a part that he'd installed. I emailed late in the evening to advise what had happened and this happened after I had already paid and I had already sent a positive email praising Will. This was just one of those things and no reflection on Wills performance at all as I was still very happy with what he'd done. The next morning, 8am, before I even had time to call and chase Will walked through the door, fixed the very small issue and was gone.

Fantastic service, fantastic company and they back up their price with the service that they provide. I've dealt with so many trades now and I'm tired of poor attitude, mess and poor workmanship so will always pay more for a company that deliver what they say. Very impressed.

Recently had Martyn, Rob and Reece in for a brand new central heating system (boilder/rads/pipes) and mains water pipe, plus complete rewiring of the house.
Everything was done to perfection, Martyn and the team were exceptional in keeping us happy and up to date with everything. Any problem was either overcome without any discussion or just sorted. Very approachable, happy to answer any questions we had and were fantastic throughout.
We couldn't have been more happy with every step of the way with them. From start to finish they were friendly but very professional.
We will definitely be using them again.

We have had a new oil tank and boiler installed which included moving the tank to a new site to ensure compliance with regulations. The service we received from start to finish has been excellent. All workers were very considerate and respectful and ensured everything was left clean and tidy after the job was completed. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.
