My wife wanted a mini clubman estate with a panoramic roof. We found one for sale here at Chelmsford Car Company. Living in the depths of Wiltshire, which is over 4 hours away from Chelmsford we undertook quite extensive research about the reviews regarding the quality and reliability of Chelmsford Car Company. We were seriously impressed with James & Elliott and the many excellent reviews that they had received. Their attention to detail was second to none; their communication superb and the service we received was the best we've ever received when buying a car. We bought a super car from a super garage and would be happy to travel all that way again! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

The whole experience was without fault. James & Elliott were great from start to finish.
My wife was looking for a new car that my daughter could also drive. When we first came to look round, they were friendly, listened to what we were actually after and allowed us time to look round. Very knowledgable in terms of car features. We came back for a test drive, which was unescorted giving us time to get familiar with the car. Email correspondence was always polite and timely. Upon deciding to buy the car. Price for part exchange was quick and fair. Car was ready for pick up on the day agreed. Could not fault them. Why would you go to a main dealer. Great family feel and we will certainly be taking our car there for service and MOT going forward.

James was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and he kept us informed all the through the buying process. If you want a great deal, excellent service, and the cleanest MINI on collection day, look no further.

I Just bought my dream Mini Countryman and I can not recommend Chelmsford car company enough! The service from start to finish was amazing!, Elliott was so helpful and quick to respond to me about the car I wanted to buy! He went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had, and made me a lovely coffee as soon as I walked through the door! I will definitely be back in the future to buy my next mini and recommend to everybody. There's not many lovely garages left like this one, and I am so grateful to have found Chelmsford Car Company!

On Wednesday 16/08/23 I bought a car from the Chelmsford car company. They were so helpful and friendly. They were so clear in explaining everything to me. Nice family run business. Extremely helpful in the P/X of our 2 cars, and phoned the next morning to say he had managed to get more than he thought for them. Could easily have kept that to himself, but instead passed the savings to us. 20% better trade in than Mini main dealer.
Also threw in a service which was not due for another 4,000m
